Try putting a paper towel in the bottom of the container you use for your spinach and/or lettuce. It will absorb moisture and keep longer. Change paper towels when you see they’re damp.

It's winter time and it appears that she lives in an area where all the outerwear is needed. I'm sure she had to remove all of that, check in on the household and a few other things before unpacking her groceries. I live in Fl. too I know we don't have some of the same things. Where I live we have 2 dollar trees but not dollar tree plus.
