      @@luf4rall This. Objectively speaking TTY has been relying on skill/fitness, and as these have been at a high level she has achieved a lot of success. However, over time her opponents have been both improving their own game, and learning how TTY plays. There is no longer the fear of playing TTY, and this is clear in the attitude of her opponents who now go on court knowing they can beat her. Set against this is the thought I originally posted, which basically points to a lack of determination to win - sometimes a player needs to find the will to grind out games no matter what. An example of this is of course Akane Yamaguchi or Caroline Marin. Both prepared to work hard and play as many shots as needed to win, rather than trying to play something tricky because grinding is boring.

  • @bluemarlin2u
    @bluemarlin2u ปีที่แล้ว

    It's always painful to watch TTY's brilliant play of skills and deceptions just to be spoiled by her abundant customary unforced errors. She often 'beats' herself as a result. Her coaches really need to look into this weak spot.

  • @zeminaki_K
    @zeminaki_K ปีที่แล้ว

    It was such a shame to TTY as she is a very talented and creative player, with strong fundamental skills. However, she doesn't have a good coach/team that can analyze game effectively for her. IMHO, ASY barely even move her feet in this game, apparently ASY is a very young and strong defensive player, often return the shuttle back efficiently, but not her movements. All I can see in this match is TTY was the tiring one running every corner of the court, and when she does she often made mistakes. I wonder why she cant play defensive-offensive game but kept trying to attack to win points. Sigh....

      近幾場賽事看下來我認為是身體素質下滑造成一系列問題,小戴是打控網和變化性致勝,一切建立在移速比對手快幾個腳步上面,我目前看到的是小戴的腳步跟不上過往靈活的思路,另一面與她對抗的是改變打法這件事,我想她近期適應的不是太好,有好幾場球看起來都有種漫無章法的感覺,最後才是心理問題,比賽中身體無法達到一個運動員基本的舒適狀態、擊球思路又要和多年來的習慣對抗,明顯調整不好肯定是越打越懊惱,我不認為小戴沒有比賽意識,只是目前狀態實在不好,職業生涯尾端如果還想追求更高的成就的確需要更強的團隊來幫助她建立身體狀態和適應新打法,不過我想這件事不會發生,長江後浪推前浪,她的職業生涯已經做得夠多夠好了。

I felt bad but I’m not in a distance to be able to help that young boy. Not angry at her but just disappointed I guess. I felt each athlete be it win or lose; you should stay humble in order to promote a positive image for the sport itself not as a self personal interest. Look at Ahsan&Setiawan or Roger Federer or others great athletes; they are the kind of role model for all athletes in any sports to look up too. Win/lose; always stay humble and keep trying.
