The best crystal to work with moon cycle, phases and energies is Moonstone. The three that were shown during the reading are Peach Moonstone, Black Moonstone and Rainbow Moonstone.
The Tiger's Eye crystal can be used to work with the energy of the for The Planet Of The Day which is Mercury. Smokey Quartz can be used to work with the Moon Sign Element which is Fire. It is a good crystal and can be used for grounding which is linked to The Roots and Earth Star Chakra to help you be more stable, feel more balanced and secure in your life.
In addition to the above crystals mentioned in the video, I have listed down below some additional crystals than can be used for Inner Child Healing work.
Rose Quartz is highly recommended by healers because it is a stone of unconditional love and infinite peace. It opens the heart at all levels and brings deep inner healing and self love. It is a calming, reassuring stone and excellent for use to heal any form of trauma.
The first ones I would strongly recommend are Kunzite or Dioptase together with Rose Quartz for self healing, Peridot, Pink Agate or Blue Lace Agate for healing difficult relationships and Smithsonite and Carnelian which are very good to use to help heal any form of trauma and abuse you may have suffered.
Kunzite and Dioptase can be used to help heal the higher heart chakra which is the colour green and represents love, self-love, self-care, warmth, compassion and joy.
You can also use other crystals such as:- Chrytoprase, Pietiersite, Blue Lace Agate, Rhodonite, Rhodochrosite, Carnelian, Okenite, Calcite, Picture Jasper and Selenite.
Rutillated Quartz can be used to help you let go of the past, help with Past Life healing, relieve fears, phobias, anxiety, forms of self hatred and promote forgiveness at all levels.
