Hi. My radio doesn't have a removable SD card. Where it should be, it has simply a "Bluetooth" symbol. So when I'm in the first menu, if I press the setup buttom, it goes back. Is there another trick for my navigator? I'd like to perfom a Factory Reset. Thanks in advance

Looks like you have different device, propably yours is a RNEG2 RT6, not a RNEG.

So... press the Setup button and then simultaneously press the radio buttons 1,2 and 3. Did I really have to sit through almost two minutes video to obtain information that you could have written in five seconds and which I could have read in half second?

doesn't work for me when i push the 3 buttons the radio just save the active radio channels under the 3 buttons simultaneously. What I do wrong ?
