I would so enjoy that thrift store! I used to go to all I found. After my downsizing and auction, hardly ever go. So much stuff....lol I can now enjoy them through my favorite twins❤ thats a great revere pot! Little Pressley will look so adorable in those onsies. I thank you girls for sharing with us. I was watching your Mama's video yesterday where she baked the apple walnut raisin cake in the pan that was just a tad small. LOL I was wishing I could holler out so you all could have heard me." I love watching y'all's videos. You're so wholesome, and you take delight in such simple things, unlike many women these days around your age. That antique store is so cool. I love walking around in them though I rarely actually buy anything. LOL I love to see y'all getting into the baby spirit. Katie, with all the fans y'all have you'll probably be overwhelmed with baby toys and clothes. Haha Can't wait to see him when he finally arrives. I love your Thrift/antique store videos. It's almost as much fun as going myself. It's so refreshing that as young women you enjoy the vintage things. Most young people seem to have no use for those things these days.
I had a great time watching this video. The route you took to Young Harris is so beautiful as it runs right alongisde the creek. And when you were looking at the salamanders, Cori mentioned Hellbender. Along Hwy 66 just past Warne is Crane Creek Vineyard and one of their best wines is named Hellbender in honor of the salamanders near you. I couldn't quite place the antique store but I think it was on Main St in Hiawassee. I lived there for almost five years up on Round Top Mountain about 2.5 miles from Brasstown Bald, as the crow flies. So good to see so many of the old sites.

I certainly enjoyed this antique shopping trip you took us on! There were beautiful things in there! Corie, your shirts are beautiful and I like the book, too. Katie, I really love the Revere Ware pot and the onesies! I have a pot about the same size and I use it a lot and love cooking in it. This was a very enjoyable trip!

OMGoodness!!!! The Wizard of Oz is my absolute favorite movie ever!!! I know that everyone has her own preferences, but … how can you not like TWoO?!?! 😁 I think I could play any of the roles without even thinking. The area in which you live is so beautiful. The kudzu is insane! It covers everything. Antique and thrift stores are so great. I have so much that I need to take to a thrift store, as I’m trying to downsize. I just know I have things others can use. Pyrex and Blue Cornflower Corningware is actually a problem for me. I LOVE them both so much and I have quite a collection of each. They are so fun and practical.

That's a cool thrift shop with a lot of old antiques. I enjoy thrift shopping videos as much as going thrift shopping myself. And those old keys are awesome. When I was a kid, I used to collect old keys.

The Hull company sold the autumn leave dishes door to door it was called the Jewel Tea company I have a lot of them passed down from my Granny and my Mama I just love them.Thank yall for taking me along even if it was 8 days ago ❤️ yall.

I was an antique restorer for 10 years in NYC Manhattan...I went to furniture making school in Beverly Massachusetts called F.I.M.great fun made zero money!!! STILL GREAT FUN look up Curtis Buchanan he is in Tennessee I think! I took a chair class with him!
We do a lot of thrift shopping around here and flee markets.

I enjoyed going shopping with you.I recognized a lot of the old dishes because I have been married 51 years and I also have some that had belonged to past reatives.
That was a delight. Thank you for taking us along. A Visionware saucepan is the first pan Dad ever gave me. I still have it, nearly 30 years later. It's come with me in every move.
This brought back fond memories. Our mother had a lot of that glassware.

Thats so funny...i know right where yall are. My grannie and grandaddy lived in Bald mountain park right there in Hiawassee. And they are buried there in town. Spent lots of time there....really good memories.

Making a big pot of soup, 2 loaves of bread, banana and cranberry orange, mini quiches and some fried potatoes (that I need to cook).
We’re just hunkered down this weekend and praying the power doesn’t go out and everyone’s safe.

I love the old photos too. I collect some that I find and frame as a little collection. We bought a historic home in the FL panhandle and I try to find interesting pieces to fill the home. It’s also a never ending renovation project lololol…my poor husband.
