This video couldn’t have came at a better time. I took the November LSAT for the second time and still received a very low score. I felt discouraged, thinking that it was something wrong with me as the reason why I was not receiving a high score and that maybe law school wasn’t for me. After hearing each person experiences and perspectives, it’s inspired me to keep pushing to become a lawyer. Thanks so much for this video!
You were great, you helped put a lot of things into perspective for me as my score journey is a bit similar to you. Plus seeing you be able to go from low 140s to 162 is truly inspirational and motivating. Thanks
This was so great!! And the perfect length for me haha. I'm currently studying and the number one thing I learned last month (and heard echoed in the video) was taking your time. Like I really thought "3 months is fiiiine".... uh no (at least not for me). I rushed into an online intensive LSAT program summer 2019 that sure brought my score up but I was so STRESSED the entire time (and low key depressed). No bueno. I took the lsat in August and I didn't even try to see my score until November. I felt so defeated during and after the august test that I couldn't even interact w/ ANYTHING lsat related (even distancing myself from ppl that were applying for this fall cycle because I just felt awful). I'm back on it now (started back up in December), though, and the shift in mindset-- taking alll the time I need to study, understand, and thus feel confident has really helped so far. Thinking I'll take it again in April, but I'm going to allow myself to take it even later if that's what it takes. I KNOW I can do it (get the score I desire), but it's going to take some time to get there and that's OK. Again, lovely video and happy new years!
Great interview Lataysia, this helped a lot. I was able to relate a lot to what each candidate said & it helped me have some hope and want to go harder. Thank you
So glad to hear I’m not the only one going nuts while studying for the LSAT. My husband says anything… I mean ANYTHING and I’m like “what assumption do I need to validate your argument here?” Or “what is the flaw in your argument?” Me since April: 😵💫 I hate to put a timeline on this but I’m 35 and I already late here but I am considering waiting longer is my score is not what I need to get into one of the 5 schools I’m looking at. (Top 30)
I didn’t know about the lsat demon podcast before this video and it has been such a game changer the past few weeks I had to go through my history to find this video and thank ya’ll!!
You guys sell your self short. Your goals should have been 170s. I’m disappointed in the two African Americans. If you can work towards the 160s then you can work towards the 170s. This video is telling about black mentality that suffers from low expectations from a system that weighs heavy on us. We must strive for excellence at all times. Anyways congratulations on your journey to law school
Happy Sunday! Did you learn any new tips from this video? 🤔
Yes, thank you so much for it!
Thanks for having me!! It’s always interesting to hear how different everyone’s LSAT journey is :)
Yes! Definitely interesting. Thank you again!

Your LSAT videos are so helpful! Thank you!
Girlllll God bless you!
How long do they keep your LSAT scores?? I was considering doing that step early.
When I did it 7 years ago, it stayed on your record for about 5 years, maybe 6, depending on the month.
Dam Caroline transferred into Harvard Law School, like legally blonde!

Love the demon
would you guys recommend anyone for personal statement
I used @editsforsuccess. Would definitely recommend. If you don’t want to pay, your school, friends, colleagues can read over it.
