I ran with some great teammates when I was younger, but not from other teams. These guys and ladies seem like the best bunch of people. I'm envious of that kind of fun in running. And it seems like a echoing every other comment, but Rachel is so adorable. She reminds me a little of Uma Thurman, only better looking.

When you get faster, a 7 flat pace can be easy for several miles. My long run is 9 miles averaging 7:30 pace. I’m 14

Start off small then increase by 10% each week. Eventually get to running very slow for longer miles or even run/ walking on and off till you build up
