Don't call for pressure when you've switched player to your defender. Control that one player alone to avoid creating space for opponents. Your portion of controlling one midfielder and calling another midfielder for pressure during defense is fine. But, not defender+defender especially near box.

Tight marking is dangerous but
Man marking has proven to be a life saver for me so far
I generally use counter target
And man marking on the no 9 of the opponent
