We just had a completely unexpected thunderstorm roll through in NW Kansas. It woke me up from thunder shaking the house, to the point it knocked some stuff off the walls. We weren't expected to get anything at all today and just got an inch of much needed rain 😁 thanks for the forecast as always, Max!

Another chunk of roof fell on my head today (after a chunk fell last night from rain damage) The roofing guy said insurance may not even civer it. Im in North AL. I'm hoping it doesn't get bad because that roof can't handle any more. Legitimately dangerous, im lucky it was only a small chunk of what fell that landed on my head.
Oh boy, Teed Rimmer is going to crazy today. In a rented Dominator Fore, he will drive it right into a hail storm and demolish it. I wouldn't want to rent him a car just so he can drive it into a tornado and damage it beyond recognition.

Plus forest fires can create global warming on a different level that could be creating a reaction with colder fronts and water evaporation creating heavy rains and as clouds reach the cooler atmosphere from a hole in the atmosphere that absorbs the cold vacuum of outer space could be setting up conditions for sevear hail and changes in atmospheric pressure that could be infecting normal weather parameters. I am by no means a meteorologist.
welp, gonna have a wacky night probably. last time we got an enhanced risk(im only in slight but still) there was like 70mph gusts. and i went to the basement twice, had to go to the neighbors house (around 3:00am) took a nap, felt like i was gonna throw up (luckily didn't) it was weird.

yea it started ripping through north texas at 530am, and didn't push out until 830am, we have had almost 8 inches of rain in 3 days.
