So meaningful sharing. TQVM ..... I successfully complete 3 days wakeup at 3am. I practice to bed sharp 10pm. I organise my time (shedule) as well to my job. So I not feel sleep after meditation at morning. I continue my other task continuously write Gratitudes. Than start my jobtask. TQVM Bro🙏
So you sleep only 5hours a day... Don't you feel tired

Th point you mentioned about eating early in the evenings was a discipline Sai Baba had enforced in his college hostels. Dinner used to be completed between 7.30 pm and 8pm and our bed time was 10pm ( btwn 10 to 10.30pm) with lights switched off (compulsory ). Good thoughts...🙏
