BRO I CAN FINALLY DRIFT IN CARX! these are my cripple tips for any other wheel users who don't have fully functional bodies. a) being in an intense amount of pain is very detrimental because of how fast you need to move your arms and it will affect your gameplay so you really should be in a state that's not riddled with agony. b) if you learned how to drive IRL before you started sim racing, stick to the in car/cockpit view, it's so much better for drifting omg! c) keep trying different cars until you find one that performs the way you can control.[i bought from the top tier down, marking each one as fave if i could get it sideways and straight again more than once] *speedline gt is my baby* d) rasp pi pico and an arcade button literally duct taped to my racing wheel stand is a very useful e-brake. mapping to spacebar is super simple and works in basically every program ever for something useful [pausing netflix comes to mind] e) automatic shifting is actually useful, especially if that pain aspect is keeping your arms in a degraded state at all times and you're not rocking a dedicated shifter
