This video was just truly beautiful.
As a kid, William always pushed away Oliver, leading Oliver to believe that it would be better if he just stayed out of his son's life. But William didn't want Oliver out of his life, in fact, it was the exact opposite. He just wanted Oliver to see the real him and understand that it was hard for him to express how much he cared because he was afraid of losing another parent, like he lost his mother. But when Oliver really was there for William, it meant everything to him.
And Mia was cold to Oliver when they first travelled back in time because he wasn't there for her growing up. She felt like her father was just going to leave her again, but slowly, she learned that having someone in your life (even if it's only for a little while) can make all the difference.
Overall, this literally brought me to tears and I loved this so much!

Im late posting but i love this edit. I noticed alot of you have said they should have included William more in the scenes with Oliver and Mia and i just want to point out something. I think the reason they didn't include William more was because they were focusing on the time Oliver missed with Mia and they wanted him to make up for that before he died. Hence why, most of the scenes are with them. Oliver saw William when he was a teenager but didn't watch him grow up because he decided to leave with his grandparents and they cut all contact with Oliver and Felicity. Oliver only saw Mia when she was a baby and left so he didn't get to see her grow up. That's why William was barely included in their scenes because Oliver left Mia when she was a baby, and she grew up without a dad. Also, i enjoyed seeing them spend time with eachother and i was hoping there was a way Oliver could have survived the crisis and be able be with his family. Don't forget, the monitor said that Oliver's death wasn't the one that he saw so maybe there's a slight chance he's still alive but in a different dimension.
