Back in May of this year I was play KY online lottery games. I was down to my last $10 so I went into betting cheaper mode. Instead of playing $3 per game I went to $2. I said to my wife last game, I played $2, manually revealed my 6 hands low and behold A ROYAL FLUSH!!!!! $10,000 WINNER. Because the prize was over $5,000 I had to drive to Louisville (approx 70 miles) and get the check. After taxes I ended up banking $7,100.

I like the vending machine because most people don't play repeatedly at the machine. Also, the other night the cashier was playing tickets on her shift. So it's logical that when she wins she'll stop on that roll. I've had several $500 winners from the machine. Just got a few tickets from Publix service desk. Looking forward to your next session. I only ever buy otc. I personally like the “$50 or $100” ticket. It’s $10, or any of the “Loteria” tickets, $5, $10, or $20. I have the most luck with those. I like doing the $5 bingo too but rarely win those ones. I like the ones that are different than the typical cards. That’s when I have the most luck. I also have the Texas lottery app and check the prizes before I buy any tickets. A lot of the time the high prizes are already gone or there’s only 1-2 high prizes left. I usually try to get tickets that have at least 1/2 the top prizes remaining.
The vending machines look cool, I’ll give them that much, but I’ll stick with over the counter all the way. I’ve never won anything big out of them, but I’ve heard good stories like an employee from our local Walmart won a few grand off of it once. My reason I stick to otc is because I live out in a rural area, and I feel like they don’t really touch the rolls out here as much as they would in a town or major city. I always try my best to hit up the ones that look the most well stocked because I feel like once it gets closer to the end of the rolls, a majority of what’s left is the duds. Just my thoughts because it’s randomly done on where the claimers will be. Anyways, last year for Christmas I went to my local shop where I get my oil changed and bought around $150 worth of $3 tickets for my family and it was a pretty fresh roll of them and one of them won $30 off me, another $100 and my dad won $500. So ever since then I like to choose over the counter and places that aren’t touched much.

I was so mad I didn't buy that ticket I would've won that money:( lesson learned
I've always had better luck with over the counter. Just got a 10X symbol on a $10 Jumbo Bucks ticket with $5 under it for a $50 winner and the hard $20 win on a $1 ticket. Also a $5 and a few $2 and $1 wins for a total of $81 in wins.
Many years ago, when the scratch offs first came out, we were at the state fair and for a dollar you got a newspaper, a handbag and a chance at winning a brick of scratch off‘s. At that time they had $5000 winners and I thought maybe maybe maybe. All together I won $134. Just over 50%, just like your payout in your challenge. Thanks for the video!
when buying tickets you don't need to move around. you need to buy all from same row if something is there you will get it. Skipping around gives you a worse odd
I just have to tell you: playing one way or an other way doesn't matter. The odds don't get better - the odds don't get worse. The odds are always against the player. You could buy a million tickets and you probably lose money... or you could buy 1 ticket and probably LOST money both ways. The states treasury departments win; we lose. Just scan the card to see if it’s a winner. Scratching it off is boring!! I love just buying $1000 worth of the $50 cards. Scanning it immediately. Hawaii doesn’t have these so when I visit my brother in Washington state, I go crazy on these cards. I usually make a couple of hundred dollars over what I invest. I love it it’s fun. I’ve had good luck at the Walmart in the battle ground community in Washington.
Over here in the southwest region of Houston the lottery is having people put up screens with the tickets but also the ticket number every time it is bought it changes to the next ticket number. Which is something I like because I can keep track of how many tickets were bought each day I go to store to know if I can hit and it always happens. I win. Also I like the machines too but it’s hard because you don’t know if it’s loaded backwards and what number you’re getting. Just won $50.00 on a 5$ ticket at the machine.
I don't buy from vending machines because they ones I've seen either tell you there are tickets available or they're sold out. I play ten consecutive tickets from the same game and the fact that these machines don't dispense change is another reason I avoid them. At least buying from the counter the attendant can tell me, "oh, we're out" or "we only have 6-7-8, do you want them?" whereas the machine does not.
The only difference IMO between getting scratch offs from a vending machine and a person working the counter at a convenience store, truly is the convenience of it (machine 100%). After realizing I became 'that guy' at the gas station getting scratch offs, I flat out stopped buying them at my local gas stations. You know what I mean by 'that guy'. It might be easy to say gimme 2 of these, 3 of those, and two quick pick same ticket (cause the ATMs smallest is $20 and it's Wednesday). But that takes way more time then the normal 'a pack of red shorts and forty on two'. So after that realization, vending machine all the time for my scratchers now. Now instead of being an inconvenience to others, I'm a curiosity. Cause self-service machines in the stores are usually in that void of your memory if you're asked to describe the inside of a store, you see it and know it. But it doesn't register in your mind what it is. Now I'm just rambling
I do over the counter, last week I hit for $500 on a 5 Dollar scratch off and 7 years ago I hit for $20,000 on a 2 Dollar scratch! So you never know when you will hit but you can't win unless you play !
@@followsthestars Usually on the lotto web site, they list how many winning tickets are still out there. Combining that info with the number of tickets left UN bought, you can determine if th3 odds are better or worse than the first day. Let’s say on the opening day there were 3 winning tickets out of 3 million printed. Odds of winning 1 in a million A few months later there ate still 3 winners unclaimed/sold. And 300000 total tickets. Odds now are 1 in a hundred thousand.
I think location is key in finding lottery success. It's been my observation that the biggest scratch off ticket jackpot winners in my state-NC-come from out of the way small towns and cities, many of which I've never heard of. Occasionally a winner will come from one of the larger metro cities but most are from the smaller locations that have smaller populations.
Really? I always thought the opposite it seems most scratch off winners lately are all around mecklenburg county weve had a handful in Asheville but ive seen Alot around charlotte
I used to make lottery tickets with a company called SGI. The state lottery knows exactly where the winning tickets are in the packs and releases the winning tickets over time. On a 58 million ticket order per 6 months only 3 pages of winning tickets were produced. I know this because of the pluck we would have to do to remove the duplicate winning tickets for each state/country.
@@stephaniemassaline6407 I have got winning tickets a higher percentage of times when I've bought over the counter; less often from machines. .. but I'm sure it's very random. I think there's not really any strategies that "work better" than others. One thing I do is I check the numbers of winning amounts and many times I go for those that have more winners still in play. It does seem like I win more when I buy newer games maybe because of the fact that fewer of the winning tickets have been redeemed/ claimed in the newest games early on; so those are still available. Ok good luck out there Steph - play smart, play modestly, and play infrequently!(so you don't lose as much)🌮🌮🌮 Oh and I hope you win. Here's to you and me🍺🍺🍺 winning the big 💸💸💸!
Had my biggest winners out of a machine but I also prefer to buy from a cashier. People chase tickets and just scan the bar codes from the machines. Look in the trash next to the machine. If you see 8 of the same $30 ticket stay away from that one. Someone chased until they won.
I don't buy scratch offs. I just buy one or two of the regular lottery tickets. You have more of a chance of hitting the lottery tickets, than scratch offs. Plus, they can be for many of millions. If you win.
My biggest thing with buying from a vending machine is not knowing what number the ticket is on. Especially if you are playing from the same pack that you did previously, etc. I wish they would allow you to view the ticket number and pack number before buying a ticket.
The Walmart machine is really neat, I've never seen one like that before! I prefer to do over the counter but mainly because I don't come across vending machines too often in my travels.
It's funny... when I read this comment I remembered a time I went into wally world. The machine was broken so I couldn't buy. I put my money back in my pocket and I felt like a winner!☺😊☺
I go to my state’s lotto page and I study scratch offs. How many prizes are left in a game and if the grand prize is still there. It helps a little. I did that the other day and won 100. But I always subtract the money I used from the losers. So after my winning- I made 70 instead of 100. I tend to win more in the vending machines
That was an awesome challenge. I have never purchased tickets from a vending machine. The last ticket save was right on time. I didn't get car sick in the back seat. Y'all take care and stay safe. Blessings Always Ms. P. 👍🏼❤🤑👍🏼
Good morning Matt! I’m in New York, and I like to buy my tickets from over the counter. I don’t seem to have any luck win I purchase from the vending machines. Good luck on your session! Thanks for sharing.
I sold a whole roll of one-dollar tickets in a convenience store in Kentucky. I knew the one-dollar tickets were supposed to pay a minimum of $50 for each $1 roll of 300 tickets. But how it paid out that roll was a different story. People hoping for a $50 paid day with a $1 ticket were disappointed. The largest roll paid out from the purchase of a $1 ticket paid out $4 at most. That roll was loaded by the person from the Kentucky lottery at the beginning of my shift and the last ticket was sold in the last 15 minutes of my shift. It was a Saturday.
I've rarely had good luck at Walmart, so I don't buy there any more. I use 4 gas stations, a convenience store, a tobacco shop, and four liquor stores. I usually lose🤣😆 so I take weeklong and month(s)long breaks from playing. I find for me, luck is like love... it builds up so I think it's important for me to not buy very often. Ok good lucks; hope you win big!💗
All my big wins tickets have came out of the vending machine.. My 2,000$ dollar win came out of the Walmart type vending machine.. I like when it shows the tickets that about to run out..
My personal luck is over the counter. All of my 11 claimers are over the counter. The best from a machine is 1 $500 in Gainesville Tx. In January of this year. Be safe and be blessed
Congratulations on your nice wins! I've not yet won more than $200 and I've won this amount three times, and won $100 about seven times. This is across about twelve years.
Happy Monday scratching family. The new tickets come out today. Yeahhhh. I buy mostly from over the counter corner store Super K. They have given me 2lottery bags by 2 different owners. I just need the money 💵💰. It's our time. Good luck 🤞 everyone.
I have better luck out of the machine some of my biggest wins came out of the machine. The most i won from buying behind the counter on one ticket was $250. my biggest wins out of the machine was $2,000 $1,000 $2,500 $1,000 $1,000 $1,000 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $400 and $300 a few times too
I would always think machine would be best payout because some clerks play behind people and steal wins and tamper and it’s hard to do that via machine so I’d think it depends on the store clerk workers or the Lottery workers. I think they’re more likely to put big win in machines than in the hands of clerks. ❤️🍀
The biggest winner I ever had was a $500 winner from a vending machine …the ticket was a $5 ticket and it was a “match 2 symbols in one of the rows to win” not Match 3 like most tickets in my area and I almost threw it away but I had a habit of scratching off all the coating to reveal the 3 small letters and they looked different than losing ticket letters
The first vending machine I came across was rigged. There was a time when store employees could scan the back of the scratch off’s and put the losers in the machine. That was 20 years ago and ever since then I’ve never used a machine again.
Good afternoon Fixin Family.....what a session! Good for over the counter win! I was like something has to come through! Have a blessed day, see you tomorrow. 👶🐓🐇🐈🐈🐢🦎🍀🍀🍀🇺🇦
I also wanted to add ….look at the bar codes on the back of any scratch off lotto tickets…winner tickets always have a different pattern than loser tickets…
Good evening Fixin Family. I prefer to get my tickets otc, so I can ask what # there on. And if they know you well enough, they'll tell you if someone won big on any tickets. I don't mind buying them out of the machine either, but I think that's the more riskier route. Love the challenge, but it would be more interesting if all the tickets you bought from both the vending and OTC were on the same #'s. Probably take you a while to get the same ticket # and you may have to go to 20 different places. Lol.
Good morning. I like over the counter. But I had a claimer on the HEB vending machine. 2 claimers on over the counter. It's just being at the right place at the right time.
Very interesting video. Took a few moments to read the 'Wizard of Odds' section on the Texas Lottery. With an average return of 60% I'll stick with gambling here in Nevada (I think video poker is a better bet). However, it seems the high end tickets ($50) have the best return up at almost 80%, so maybe you are on to something. Good luck and thanks for sharing.
I just bought 2 full books from vending machines. 1 20 book and the other 30 dollar book. The biggest winner of both was 50 bucks. I'm like wtf. Went back got 10 tickets 20$ tickets Otc and hit a 200. So I'm starting to hate vending machines. Unless I just got really unlucky for both books.
The machines give me anxiety because I feel it will take my money without giving me the ticket😲but I win more often because they constantly refill it with new tickets. I live close to a high volume Walmart and shell so I have some choices. I don't play like I used to. I moved from a city where they had real deal lottery stores , lines around the corner 🤣
My family likes to make raffles out of lottery tickets. Several different kinds and blocks, lol sometimes buy several different types of scratch offs and throw them in a big mason jar and someone has to bid on that jar. Another one is making a bull’s-eye wheel out of different types of lottery tickets. And same thing, someone bids on that lottery ticket wheel, highest bidder wins it! Always our top seller! We do this for Jack and Jill parties fundraisers etc.
The most I ever won from a scratch off is $200. I'm hoping one day I'll hit the big prize. You never know. Based on my experience with OTC and vending machines, I had luck in both. Each has its equal share of winning and losing. It comes down to pure luck. You just never know what you'll get. One of my strategies to keep my emotions in check is to play as if I know I'm gonna lose. Well why would you do that? Because it keeps the expectations low therefore leading to little to no disappointment. And if I do see a winning then it will come off as a surprise.
Yes that's the most I've won also and useing that method you say; it helps me to not spend out of control because I know I'll probably lose most or all of the amount I spend 😊(have you seen that grods guy? I feel embarrassed for him tbh but hey I hope he wins big someday) Good luck to you... it looks like you and I are both due for winning clamiers! Let's get those wins!!!!!!!
Good afternoon Mr Fixing and Marmie! I'm hoping to hear Marmie cheering you on for some Big Winners 🙂! Good luck 🤞🍀🍀🤞 on today's session 🙂! Let's hope that you have good luck 🤠 with both challenges!
Matt,is it Me or does anyone out there find a coincidence that lots of grand prize scratchoff ticket winners are ending up in the 750 area code??? I'm always keeping up with the location of the big winners, and I find it hard to believe that the 750 area code can end up with so many grand prize winning tickets. Just an observation & my opinion.
I like buying over the counter because I can see what number the ticket is. I don’t like buying the really low numbers. I don’t know if it makes a difference. But every time I’ve won on tickets 1 to 4 they have only been for the amount of the ticket. I’ve never won any more than what the ticket cost. I always thought they’d put the bigger amounts deeper in the roll. Because if someone won $500 or more one too 4. I don’t thank they’d put another big amount in the roll. I’ve never heard of a roll with 2 prizes over $500 in them. Not even one time.
To be FAIR ... every Ticket Book ...SHOULD .... HAVE .... AT LEAST .... ONE BIG PRIZE !!! But they do not, i don't know how many books goes by without a Grand Prize but it's a lot. Over the years since 1999 or so, i have purchased a FULL BOOK and I've NEVER gotten any tickets over $100 ,Let alone the grand prizes, and NO , i didn't buy them Every YEAR since then, just like every 3 or 4 years in the period i mentioned. Most times i got back LESS THAN HALF, twice i got back less than that. And ONCE ... i got back CLOSE ($275 from a $300 book) to what i paid to buy the full book. While i'm not gonna say "DON'T DO IT " , i will say: IT JUST HAS TO BE YOUR DAY.
Don’t think it matters where you buy from, nor the number, all matters about when you approach the store and that winner is sitting there waiting for you!!!
When you buy tickets at the machine, your hands grab the dropping tickets directly, your luck depends on your hands. OTC tickets are touched and grabbed by the clerks' hands, your luck relies on his or her hands. It's up to your choice.

I really like how the machines at Walmart show how many tickets are left. I’ve gotten quite a few winners using that feature.
Me too Ben I just told fixing same thing lol
Hey! Lotto newbie here. Can you explain why this is a good thing, or how to use it to your advantage? Thanks!
Odds of winning 1 in a million
A few months later there ate still 3 winners unclaimed/sold.
Facts.
Really? I always thought the opposite it seems most scratch off winners lately are all around mecklenburg county weve had a handful in Asheville but ive seen Alot around charlotte
Your best bet is to buy a bunch of tickets from one row....like all Trucks and Bucks and so on.
So what are your ythoughts on vending vs OTC?
Which is better over the counter
Yeah they are full shit as suspected
@@stephaniemassaline6407 I have got winning tickets a higher percentage of times when I've bought over the counter; less often from machines. .. but I'm sure it's very random. I think there's not really any strategies that "work better" than others. One thing I do is I check the numbers of winning amounts and many times I go for those that have more winners still in play. It does seem like I win more when I buy newer games maybe because of the fact that fewer of the winning tickets have been redeemed/ claimed in the newest games early on; so those are still available.
Ok good luck out there Steph - play smart, play modestly, and play infrequently!(so you don't lose as much)🌮🌮🌮
Oh and I hope you win. Here's to you and me🍺🍺🍺 winning
the big 💸💸💸!
I really don't think it matters you just have to be at the right place at the right time I usually have better luck playing the slot machine.
Had my biggest winners out of a machine but I also prefer to buy from a cashier. People chase tickets and just scan the bar codes from the machines. Look in the trash next to the machine. If you see 8 of the same $30 ticket stay away from that one. Someone chased until they won.
Or they threw in the towel
Chasing is a dangerous game.
What annoys me is when people chase at a store, over the counter.
I agree.
What numbers are better? Higher or lower?
Good Morning Fixin family!!! Good luck on your profit session today Matt 💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵
The Walmart machine is really neat, I've never seen one like that before! I prefer to do over the counter but mainly because I don't come across vending machines too often in my travels.
And it's cash amount limit it doesn't accept $50s and $100s and highest before buying another set is $100
Most grocery stores have the vending machines I’ve seen them at CVS to
But for Walmart that’s new I’ve never seen a lotto machine there
@@bronyman9000 that's a good thing.
Awesome safe on the OTC ticket 💲💲 Like you say..It only takes one!!!! You & Mrs. Fixin have a fabulous week🙏💖😉🙋
thanks!
I prefer vending machines. I don't need people's bad karma.
The vending machines here in Michigan don’t work most of the time so it’s over the counter for me now.
It's funny... when I read this comment I remembered a time I went into wally world. The machine was broken so I couldn't buy. I put my money back in my pocket and I felt like a winner!☺😊☺
It's a coin toss either way, I've won pretty decent on both so good luck to whoever buys some tickets today!!
Fun session...I like the fact that the vending machine tells you how many tickets are left in the machine...congratulations on your wins
thanks!
The vending machines don't always tell you how many tickets are left in a pack of tickets.
@@robertobaca3126 if you guys have any wawa's near you..those lottery machines tell you how many tickets are left on that row
How many tickets are in a entire roll?
@@Cindy-yu2bu It depends on the ticket amount. A pack of $50 tickets has a different count vs $1 pack of tickets.
Thanks! I tried to drive a little slower. lol
Good morning Matt! I’m in New York, and I like to buy my tickets from over the counter. I don’t seem to have any luck win I purchase from the vending machines. Good luck on your session! Thanks for sharing.

It the opposite for me. Have no luck over the counter
I’ve bought 4 scratch offs from Walmart vending machines and won $50, $20, and $10. Better luck than at a gas station.
Had a 1 million $ winner here last week in Port Arthur on a $50 scratch 50x ticket
In California the bigger wins for me have been over the counter.
I've not yet won more than $200 and
I've won this amount three times, and won $100 about seven times. This is across about twelve years.
11 claimers??? WTF. Ive been playing regularly for a long time and my biggest win is 200.
I buy from both..it depends how i feel that day!
The most i won from buying behind the counter on one ticket was $250. my biggest wins out of the machine was $2,000 $1,000 $2,500 $1,000 $1,000 $1,000 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $500 $400 and $300 a few times too
It’s difficult to tell from just that one time comparison, would need to see it a few times
Thank you Matt that was a close one and I am glad it wasn't a bust session and congrats 🥳🥳🥳

Good morning Mr.Fixen have a wonderful Day to you and your family.
I would always think machine would be best payout because some clerks play behind people and steal wins and tamper and it’s hard to do that via machine so I’d think it depends on the store clerk workers or the Lottery workers. I think they’re more likely to put big win in machines than in the hands of clerks. ❤️🍀
good observation.
how does anyone filling machines know if there are more winners compared to counter tickets?
The biggest winner I ever had was a $500 winner from a vending machine …the ticket was a $5 ticket and it was a “match 2 symbols in one of the rows to win” not Match 3 like most tickets in my area and I almost threw it away but I had a habit of scratching off all the coating to reveal the 3 small letters and they looked different than losing ticket letters
The first vending machine I came across was rigged. There was a time when store employees could scan the back of the scratch off’s and put the losers in the machine. That was 20 years ago and ever since then I’ve never used a machine again.
What? !
If that's true the store employees should've been millionaires
@@teriway9001
Those involved got caught by the lottery commission. All the lottery equipment disappeared and so did some of the employees.
Recently I've had more luck over the counter at 7-Eleven than from vending machines.
I like the road trip in the beginning.
Nice session
thanks!
In the last 7 years, my best 5 Ohio wins were from vending machines.
Good afternoon Fixin Family.....what a session! Good for over the counter win! I was like something has to come through! Have a blessed day, see you tomorrow. 👶🐓🐇🐈🐈🐢🦎🍀🍀🍀🇺🇦

I wish our Walmart sold Lotto tickets. But then again that might be dangerous 😜 for me😊
Great you won some $$ back. Have a great day
I also wanted to add ….look at the bar codes on the back of any scratch off lotto tickets…winner tickets always have a different pattern than loser tickets…
How can you see the back of the tickets before you buy them? Oh yeah...

🤨?
Good evening Fixin Family. I prefer to get my tickets otc, so I can ask what # there on. And if they know you well enough, they'll tell you if someone won big on any tickets. I don't mind buying them out of the machine either, but I think that's the more riskier route. Love the challenge, but it would be more interesting if all the tickets you bought from both the vending and OTC were on the same #'s. Probably take you a while to get the same ticket # and you may have to go to 20 different places. Lol.
What ticket numbers are better? Higher or lower?
Good morning. I like over the counter. But I had a claimer on the HEB vending machine. 2 claimers on over the counter. It's just being at the right place at the right time.
Very interesting video. Took a few moments to read the 'Wizard of Odds' section on the Texas Lottery. With an average return of 60% I'll stick with gambling here in Nevada (I think video poker is a better bet). However, it seems the high end tickets ($50) have the best return up at almost 80%, so maybe you are on to something. Good luck and thanks for sharing.
thanks for watching.
I haven't seen one of the new digital lottery machines at HEB or Walmart in San Antonio yet. Gotta go now. You left me curious.😁
Good morning Mr fixin and Mrs Fixin have blessed day 💞
I just bought 2 full books from vending machines.
Love when you take us on a tour of where you live it's beautiful
glad you liked it.
Here in the UK we actually don't have machines to get our scratch cards from so we have to get ours from inside the shop unfortunately 😐
I feel embarrassed for him tbh but hey I hope he wins big someday)
Good luck to you... it looks like you and I are both due for winning clamiers! Let's get those wins!!!!!!!
I won $300 two weeks ago from OTC. Then $100 a couple more times. The rest is breakeven and a couple losses@@YaWantTaters

I love scratch offs .
I like counter so I can see what # ticket it’s on. If it’s loaded forward or backwards.
How many does a roll has?
Here in NY theirs a supermarket with a scratch off machine. Today, I bought a 30$ ticket #016 what does that mean ?
I've won a good amount from the machine.
Morning Fixing family 👋How's everyone doing?
You just made me feel so much better about all of my losses and small wins
I work at a Walmart in New York those machines actually make more money then you think. It usually it used more later in the day then the morning.
There’s absolutely no difference..
I live in Quebec, Canada, there are no vending machines here, I've only seen one in a bar but it was closed
Hello from Florida! I definitely prefer to buy from the machines because it's easier if I decide to chase. Good luck all
Matt,is it Me or does anyone out there find a coincidence that lots of grand prize scratchoff ticket winners are ending up in the 750 area code???
For some reason I do better pit the machine here in VA instead of the counter great wins there Matt!!
I’ve never bought a scratch card, I just follow in the hope that I see you scratch a $1,000,000 winner.
I've had most of my success from vending machine and occasionally from inside gas station. It just depends on day and if I'm feeling it.
I like over the counter reason being you cant see the tickets in a machine and I personally like buying tickets from the middle of the pack.
Don’t think it matters where you buy from, nor the number, all matters about when you approach the store and that winner is sitting there waiting for you!!!
I live in Maryland and always personally win more playing tickets from a gas station then my local Walmart vending machine.
I have better luck when my favorite cashiers pick mine. They put off good vibes. If a cashier is having a bad day I won't even buy them there.
Good Afternoon Matt and Mrs Fixin 🙋🏽🍀🤞👍🏽.
There was 2 machines at my local Walmart and for awhile there's 1 so I've played OTC and overall my luck has been better with OTC tickets for sure
When you buy tickets at the machine, your hands grab the dropping tickets directly, your luck depends on your hands. OTC tickets are touched and grabbed by the clerks' hands, your luck relies on his or her hands. It's up to your choice.

It’s just luck. Tickets get delivered by the state lottery dept and if the counter top is out they load from their inventory and if the machine is out they load from their inventory. It’s not like the state lottery dept says these tickets are only for the counter top and these are just for vending machines.
