I know it would be kind of redundant but i'd like to see a 7.62 conversion mod for the AK74. Also a 1911, I know the GS45 is in the game but a 1911 is classic for Black Ops games.
Pistols are great for whipping out when you run out of ammo in your primary, but that's pretty much it. They aren't very fun/exciting. I guess the problem they face is whatever pistol they add needs to be balanced with morphine injector. It's does not sound fun to down someone, only to have them one shot you in the head and get right back up.
@@dillonc7955my problem is that we're already starting to run into a problem of too many clones of other guns. Right now there's essentially 3 ak clones, and the goblin is about to have a clone in the fal. Plus with the five seven having been leaked a while back, the stryder now also has a clone. Too many guns doing the same thing
I'd love to see an actual crossbow (with different types of bolt maybe, fire, explosive, long range...), as well as ballistic knives, tbh anything special like they treated us during bo:cw (thumper, nail gun, bow...)
It's also worth noting, that in zombies the ak74 does have a hyperburst feature to it, if you put it to semi auto at least. So definitely a possibility
I'm guessing they are excluding the revolver since they've typically been hand cannons in recent cod games. 1 shot head shot and sometimes neckshot with good range. Doesn't really fit with the ttk and neutered multpliers. As you said, they could tone it down, but then there's good odds people wouldn't be happy to see a beloved weapon in such a state
Pre fire delays also work with revolvers since the hammer isn’t cocked so the trigger is pressed longer before firing. Makes it slightly more realistic
For revolver i would suggest a Smith and Wesson model 29 .44 Mag like Dirty Harry. AN94 would be great. For the lever action shotgun the model 1887 of the og mw2 would be perfect. 3 shot slow fire assault rifle could be the BAR, fast semiauto AR could be HK G3
I really don’t understand why a revolver isn’t a standard weapon in every cod launch. It makes no sense to me that we have two low caliber semi auto pistols as launch weapons.
Stale is quite a good way to describe the general feels of Modern Cod. Particularly the BO series. Ironically given how many zany outfits they'll allow into the game. Crazy really.
Ive said this in the last weapon/aftermarket part "request" but i think the KS23 or something similar could be what the shotgun category could use. Slug only, high recoil, high damage, slow rate of fire weapon, that can be converted to buckshot with only 5 shells at all times. We literally had in the Black Ops 1 campaign and it never made it to MP, so with the power of nostalgia and introducing an actual skill gun, this could be a good choice.
I also have 2 things that I want to see. 1: Stoner 63. An lmg that you can kit out as an AR, mag fed lmg, belt fed lmg etc. I would love to see a weapon that you can kit out for multiple roles. 2: Single shot sniper. A sniper with great damage range and handling. But with the trade off of having to reload every shot.
Ace, I think some of the weapons from the American Project SPIW, FRP or ACR projects might fill your need for hyperburst AR's or a fast semi auto with awkward recoil but great headshot potential. Weapons like the G11 came from these tests and included all kinds of weird rifle designs. Imo the Steyer ACR would make for a neat gun to see that fits the time period.
Should note, the ACR project ended in 1990, later being taken over by the OICW project which saw the creation of the MP7 and XM8 alongside multiple configurable weapons platforms which became popular in the early 00's
Need a good over-under or side by side double barrel shotgun. I absolutely love the Olympia in Black Ops 1. I love the double barrel in modern warfare II. I would be using that thing in multiplayer and zombies
-fast fire rate revolver like the python in bo1 -4round burst with low in between burst like the m8a1 or a fast fire rate 3round burst like release aek with rapid fire but less damage like a 4shot kill -some sort of a scar h(mostly for the iron sight) -an 94 -hope that the fal is like the fal in bo2
If they add something like the SPAS-12, they really should allow a pump to semi auto conversion. I enjoyed both, but it's 2025. We shouldn't have to anticipate whether the shotgun will be semi or pump action when there's been conversion kits. Also buff slugs all around. There's no incentive to use shotgun slugs unless you're looking to make a terrible weapon class.
G11 would work for the hyperburst weapon. It can fire full auto after one 3 round hyperburst, or hyperburst only with select fire. Plus it's relatively fitting for the time period
They did something great with the Model L and Jackal. Giving them weapon skins that look like classic weapons such as the STG and VMP. This gives players a way to have a few "extra weapons" that give them a nostalgia hit, without needing to make *another* similar AR or SMG. And I really want to see a Rocket Launcher like the Law or the China Lake (and lets be honest, if they can give mastercrafts to melee weapons, they can give a launcher one). This game has such potential to be the "hey, we know you have nostalgia for our games that you love. So we can cater to that and give you cosmetics you ACTUALLY WANT" game. They've given us things like the STG and VPM but like... Even MW3 even started to give us the SPAZ and the Intervention (AND an OG MW2 variant with sound effects and all). This event could've had the Model 1887s, or the China Lake launcher. But nah. THEY COULD'VE BROUGHT BACK THE DEATH MACHINE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. God knows Zombies is missing that as a drop.
I think the reason we don't have these is cause everything has to be balanced for WZ as well and Treyarch guns have always been OP or not very WZ friendly. I remember it taking them till a little before Vanguards launch to bring Tac Laser to CW snipers and MW2019 like AR/LMG barrels to CW guns in WZ. Where as Vanguard MW2 and MW3 guns were WZ ready out the gate. Even now BO6 guns have attachments that are completely useless in WZ. . Maybe with S3 and return of Verdanks they'll overhaul BO6 guns in WZ and we can finally see some unique and missing guns. . Or just separate WZ and MP and add a few unique guns and items every year to WZ.
Not sure why they prioritize Warzone balancing so heavily given the state warzone is in right now. The PPSh doesn't even have its iconic 71 round drum magazine.
@@amirmasoudashrafi1592 That's because it's just a regular AK mag. The tilt is just how the magazine is mounted into the gun for it's 'hyper-burst' functionality to work.
I really want a gorgon equivalent. A heavy 2 shot lmg. They could even make it where you cant shoulder it but have to use ledges to ADS. Of course if they went that way it couldn't be as slow as it was. Desperately want a revolver also
For that fast firing semi auto, I think an M14 would be perfect. They could make the recoil insane in full auto, fire rate 700 rpm, 3 shot kill but because of the recoil that will only happen really close. Then in semi the recoil decreases to something more controllable like the EBR14 in MW19, but still with a fire rate cap of 700rpm.
I really think if they added a double action revolver with a prefire delay, it should have way more than a 10m headshot. I don't remember anybody saying "boy, this Tyr is so much fun" last year just because it could one shot.
SPAS-12 from MW2023(a.k.a. Reclaimer 18), isn't actually a good example of such shotguns, cuz even while aiming down sights it's incredibly inconsistent(which I really hate not just with this gun, but with basically every shotguns from recent CoDs). I think it would be much more interesting to add smth like KSG-12, that is really good with slug rounds or AA-12 with explosive rounds from MW2019 which is hella fun.
Got second place in a FFA game yesterday and the game told me I lost. Anywhere in the top three is supposed to be a win! It’s my favorite game mode. I stopped playing it because it was broken for so long. Now it seems to be broken again.
Not sure what the firerate cap is but the swat 5.56 is super fun in semi auto. Its probably not the most competitive weapon but ive had some of my most fun games and coolest kill cams using that gun in semi auto only. Might be worth trying out if youre looking for something a bit different that gives you that high rate of fire semi auto
The one thing that i am looking for at the moment are full auto battle rifles. No more then 600 rpm but hits like a truck with a smaller then avg mag size no more then 50 on the drum. But handling that is closer to an lmg unless you sacrifice mag size and or even caliber with different mag options. Think of the C58 from cw
Yea i agree with the idea of a new shotty but liek you said , make it very unforgiving in hipfire and forces one to ADS to get full pellet spread . Personally i love a good shotty so hopefully they hear and will deliver!
very good ideas with the revolver and the high RPM semi-automatic rifle. I really miss the burst weapon category from black ops 4 with the ability to modify them. These were guns which combined with skill dominated, but probably on controller with aimassist would be OP
On the topic of being era accurate … There’s a god damned sharkman and a furry in a gremlins costume running around along side an anime character. Dude … why pretend that we care about what things look like or when a thing was invented? Yeah? There are zombies and magic swords in the game. If you want interesting firing weapons, go for a binary trigger (brought to market in about 2015). Even that is just going to function like a two round burst weapon in game.
Getting a gun like the SO-14 from MW22022 or FAL from MW2019 would be amazing. Also the lever action from MW2019 would be really great for more skilled players.
Throwing my gun nut knowledge into the ring and trying to go with uncommon or newer things in the franchise: The best fit for the revolver is the Colt Anaconda, especially since it chambers .44 Magnum and up and it was released in 1990. Could not ask for a better addition. The Assault Rifle is tricky, the best we have that fits that description is the ShAK-12, however that's from the 2010’s, so quite the stretch. SIG 510 would be my best bet and quite an interesting addition. Any antique double-barrel old school think DOOM II Super Shotgun fits that description, so no specific models needed. Besides the expected boring answers that CoD did multiple times with a M14 or the G3 I'd go with the DMR version of the PSG-1 aka MSG90 as my favourite pick.
I love the Galil in Cold War and I want that AR to come to BO6, but sources said that they might not add it in any of the remaining seasons at all. If the Galil or the Grav in BO4 and Cold War as it’s called was to come to the game, the fire rate would be identical to that of the Ames 85 but would have a better TTK even with rapid fire and most of all a better headshot TTK than the Ames and other ARs that could compete well with. In my opinion, the Galil is always been a Black Ops fan favorite since 2010 and people like me should be seeing it come sometime before the end of its life cycle.
No revolvers doesn't surprise me. I mean, this is Treyarch we're talking about. They still haven't figured out how to animate a revolver in first person; so you can see each round going into the cylinder.
One weapon I want to see in BO6 is a magnum. With the release of the Hand Cannon Scorestreak it made me realize that BO6 doesn't really have that powerful up close handgun with the ability to stretch that range if the user is good at lining up headshots with it. I'm not saying make the headshot range as good as say MW2019 but allow players to get a 1 shot headshot with it out to say 7 meters with a 1 shot range to the head or chest out to 2 meters. Also, to kill 2 birds with 1 stone it could be a .357 Revolver.
The revolver id add to the game would be the Mateba 2006M Unica aka the Revolver from Ghost in the Shell, id also love to have a Desert Eagle analogue in the game but instead of an actual Desert Eagle I'd like a Automag, id love a Spas 15 for the Pump Action Shotgun, id love a super high fire rate semi auto SMG like a Hipoint Carbine (and may as well throw in a Hipoint pistol into the game too), and for the slow firing full auto assault rifle id love to see the M14 come back or add a Olympic Arms OA98
They could buff the Stryder .22s Rof as the makarov kills distinctly faster while being fairly forgiving, that would help relieve some of your itchy trigger finger ACE. Id personally like a BO2 Peacekeeper style SMG with slow TTK but long AF Range. 28m 5shot kill with 700-800 rpm or 4 shot kill with 600-650 rpm. We got the AR equivalent (+range +handling -DPS) this season with the new Bullpup (forgot its name).
Great video. Hopefully Activision/Treyarch will learn that the COD fan base wants fun over competition. Just look at how well MWIII held on to its player base last year. They kept adding FUN to the game
The JAK Jawbreaker is one of my absolute favorite additions in the Warzone era of COD and I would kill to have something that feels close to it in BO6. I just can't see Treyarch making anything like it that's actually viable, though. They'd prefer a gun like that shoot feathers and lose to Little Sliding Timmy's XM4 inside 40m.
You know whats crazy about these COD games and a recurring trend in them? The game is truly complete in terms of content basically at the end of its cycle with all weapons, perks, scorestreaks and content available. Essentially many of us pay 70+ dollars for an incomplete game when it releases. 🤷♂️
Weapon 1 would be perfectly filled in by the .44 Magnum (in particular, the S&W Model 29 from Dirty Harry). Weapon 2 would probably manifest itself as a full-auto attachment for the Goblin Mk2. Outside of the AsH-12 (a.k.a. the Oden from MW19), there aren't many weapons designs post 1990s that can fit the bill (that I can think of). No objections for the AN-94 as the third wish weapon. For weapon number 4, maybe the KS-23 from the Black Ops 1 campaign? The MtS-255 from Ghosts feels a little too quick for your definition. Lastly, for weapon 5, the CZ-75. Nuff said. All of this is, of course, throwing era specificity to the wind. As an addendum, I would also like to see an assault rifle that has the capability to be transformed into an OICW (yes, I am referring to the doomed XM29).
Game needs a pistol that disables SBMM. Like you equip it, can't equip a primary unless you find one on the floor in-game but you won't be effected by SBMM. Now that would be a gun I would like to see.
I definitely miss having a Revolver they're fun to use or if not that something more like the Deagle that hits hard but it's slow Another thing missing is a double barrel shotgun one of my favorite weapons to use typically, I'd even settle for like a Blunderbuss type thing with 1 shot before reloading again Agree on the AN those are always fun to use, but if we're talking specific guns the Galil is probably at the top for me, it wouldn't change things to drastically I just like how it looks and in BO1/3 it was the best Oh and like you mentioned a shotgun akin to the Argus would be great especially for Zombies And the last thing I can think of is a Ballistic Knife or something like the Spear from last year for the melee category to really change it up, or put it in the Special category if that's too OP

@@nicholasputzigerjoannidis6943 Yep! The M8A1 is named the XM8 in real life.
More plausible for them to add the G36 instead of the XM8, which is just a G36 with a tuna skin lol.
@@phazonlord0098 Lol I was absolutely going to specify the G36 and potentially hope for a 4-round burst attachment, since the G36 is its successful form. I think they'll deliver!
I know it would be kind of redundant but i'd like to see a 7.62 conversion mod for the AK74. Also a 1911, I know the GS45 is in the game but a 1911 is classic for Black Ops games.
They could make that double as the high ROF semi he mentioned. Like have it semi only, but the cap on fire rate is the base ak's rpm
The original fal was one of my favorite guns. I doubt my trigger finger works as good as it used too but I'd like to see lol
I enjoyed this take on weapons. I hope the people that matter are taking notice. Thanks for sharing.
Really hope we get some sort of revolver, pistols feel pretty useless right now. Also wouldn't mind a 1911 for Zombies!
Because pistols suck!
Keep in mind some developer went ahead and chose some .22 plinker instead of the M1911 or Beretta M9. This game direly needs a revolver too.
Yes. All day. Something that stays off the radar completely.
It's also worth noting, that in zombies the ak74 does have a hyperburst feature to it, if you put it to semi auto at least. So definitely a possibility
I need the nail gun to return in black ops 6
Isnt the FAL coming this season and they said that it would have the fastest rof for semi autos? If so, I’d be very excited for that
I really don’t understand why a revolver isn’t a standard weapon in every cod launch. It makes no sense to me that we have two low caliber semi auto pistols as launch weapons.
Stale is quite a good way to describe the general feels of Modern Cod. Particularly the BO series. Ironically given how many zany outfits they'll allow into the game. Crazy really.
If they bring the An94 back it’s gotta have the classic Bo2 iron sights
Ive said this in the last weapon/aftermarket part "request" but i think the KS23 or something similar could be what the shotgun category could use.
Slug only, high recoil, high damage, slow rate of fire weapon, that can be converted to buckshot with only 5 shells at all times. We literally had in the Black Ops 1 campaign and it never made it to MP, so with the power of nostalgia and introducing an actual skill gun, this could be a good choice.
The new LMG we just got IS the 3HK assault riffle… OR we might get a full auto mode for the FAL.
We won't get the Stoner because we have the Feng.
And a Kar98 style sniper/marksman rifle would be neat.
Stoner 86 or even 96 makes a lot more sense
These weapons sound like they would reward skill. It's no surprise they're not in the game.
-fast fire rate revolver like the python in bo1
-4round burst with low in between burst like the m8a1 or a fast fire rate 3round burst like release aek with rapid fire but less damage like a 4shot kill
-some sort of a scar h(mostly for the iron sight)
-an 94
-hope that the fal is like the fal in bo2
I wanna see the shotgun like in black ops 2 with the 4 barrels that you rotate that was a pretty unique weapon
I feel like that could be as simple as just making it part of the rapid fire attachment
OR they could just do what MW23 did and made the SPAS both pump and semi by default.
@@TheJeverson yeah that could be good. Just make it change when you select fire
I just want a launcher where you don't have to ads to fire
I love revolvers, but the weapon switch time is so slow that it doesn’t matter. The MWIII Basilisk felt perfect with the quickdraw grip.
Speaking of AN94. They use it's Magazine model from MW1 and 3 for the AEK and Cypher 091 Extended Mag 2. It's just not tilted.
I really wish they would separate Warzone. I found myself loving it in mw3 and I can’t stand Warzone now.
@@amirmasoudashrafi1592 That's because it's just a regular AK mag. The tilt is just how the magazine is mounted into the gun for it's 'hyper-burst' functionality to work.
To not have a 1911 or a revolver on launch was downright criminal
I really want a gorgon equivalent. A heavy 2 shot lmg. They could even make it where you cant shoulder it but have to use ledges to ADS. Of course if they went that way it couldn't be as slow as it was. Desperately want a revolver also
I agree with those 5 missing weapons archetypes also I would add 2 more weapons archetypes a 3-round burst pistol and a rifle similar to the CARV.2 👍🏻
My personally that I wanted to see added weapons in BO6: 1) M11 2) Ameli 3) AUG, 4) M1911, 5) Ballistic Knife, 6) 1887 Shotgun, 7) GKS, 8) M1903 Springfield, 9) M240, 10) M60, 11) P90, 12) G3, 13) Argus, 16) Mozu, 17) Peacekeeper 556, 18) G19 Full Auto, 19) 1903 pistol, 20) RW1, 21) AK47, 22) KN57, 23) Spitfire, 24) ICR7, 25) Locust, 26) Martini Henry, 27) RK7 Garrison, 28) Lewis Gun, 29) Type 100, 30) Uzi, 31) ASM1, 32) HBRA3 full auto, 33) KF5, 34) M1928 Thompson, 35) Maddox RFB, 36) Katana, 37) Mannequin arm, 38) Kar98K, 39) MP34, 40) XM4 9mm, 41) Bal-27, 42) AE4, 43) Double Barrel XM4, 44) VZ 61 Skorpion, 45) Scorpio Evo 3, 46) Welgun, 47) P90, 48) SWAT RFB, 49) MX9, 50) M1 Iron
Great vid, 100% agree. It would have been cool if you had popped up an image of each gun you were referring to when you talked about it.
6th type ... Airburst C4.
I really think if they added a double action revolver with a prefire delay, it should have way more than a 10m headshot. I don't remember anybody saying "boy, this Tyr is so much fun" last year just because it could one shot.
I miss the slow RoF, high damage ARs so much. They're my favorite ARs in every game, real shame there aren't any here
I’d love to see a 3 round burst Famas make a return. Maybe if you put the rapid fire attachment on it, it would turn into the Valorise model.
I wish they would add some server stability guns because right now they all feel like they have a pre-fire delay unless I'm lagging around the map.
When they do add a revolver it better be from the Mateba lineup as it’s both super unique and era accurate
Omg imagine they bring back argus 🥺, once i hear argus from you my nostalgia hit the ceiling
I want the Riot/Assault shield back into this game. It was just so fun to mess around with in BO2
Need the MSMC, AN-94 as you said, an adjustment to the rate of fire on the SWAT to bring it closer to BO2 SWAT and a KSG
Battle Rifles were my favorite and it was a mistake to get rid of them. It would be the perfect place for a fast semi-auto.
very good ideas with the revolver and the high RPM semi-automatic rifle. I really miss the burst weapon category from black ops 4 with the ability to modify them. These were guns which combined with skill dominated, but probably on controller with aimassist would be OP
On the topic of being era accurate …
There’s a god damned sharkman and a furry in a gremlins costume running around along side an anime character.
Throwing my gun nut knowledge into the ring and trying to go with uncommon or newer things in the franchise:
The best fit for the revolver is the Colt Anaconda, especially since it chambers .44 Magnum and up and it was released in 1990.
The AEK full auto mod allows you to select single fire too. It might have the fire rate you want.
It doesn't matter how many unique weapons they add into the sandbox as long as sbmm exists it'll always be a jackal esc game
No revolvers doesn't surprise me. I mean, this is Treyarch we're talking about.
They still haven't figured out how to animate a revolver in first person; so you can see each round going into the cylinder.
My biggest wants are: A real crossbow, A revolver, Ballistic Knife, Double barrl shotgun, dual weildable shotgun
Burst pistols and a burst AR. Also better iron sights overall.
The 3 shots kill assault rifles are awesome, reminds me of the oden from mw2019 I think the called it. That was one of my favorite guns in the game
Bring back the Kuda and something like the Jak Jawbreaker kit. Also give the Goblin mk2 a 3 shot fire mod
The Kuda was a futuristic MP5, which is what the C9 is so they won't be doing that.
@ that’s valid
The revolver in xdefiant was perfect. Would love to see it in this game
THE OLYMPIA is a MUST HAVE😭 it was in BO1, BO2 AND BO3! Ppl praise the M14 but i was always a supporter of the GOAT LYMPIA❤
Game needs a pistol that disables SBMM. Like you equip it, can't equip a primary unless you find one on the floor in-game but you won't be effected by SBMM. Now that would be a gun I would like to see.
I used the M14 a lot in MW 2&3. Hope the FAL is similar. I miss the Purifier
I'll have to agree with you; I've been craving the an-94 lol
Some random guns I thought would be cool in the game 1911, glock, akm, m14,m240, p90, beretta m93r, ump,
I really hope they put the AN-94 in this game, knowing that it's a 90's weapon and would look perfect here.
Just bring it back from bo2
prob holding onto it for the bo2 sequel this year
Oh, love me some Argus. Made QSers rage quit with that. Loved it. Great idea Ace, good take.
I definitely miss having a Revolver they're fun to use or if not that something more like the Deagle that hits hard but it's slow
Another thing missing is a double barrel shotgun one of my favorite weapons to use typically, I'd even settle for like a Blunderbuss type thing with 1 shot before reloading again
Agree on the AN those are always fun to use, but if we're talking specific guns the Galil is probably at the top for me, it wouldn't change things to drastically I just like how it looks and in BO1/3 it was the best
Oh and like you mentioned a shotgun akin to the Argus would be great especially for Zombies
And the last thing I can think of is a Ballistic Knife or something like the Spear from last year for the melee category to really change it up, or put it in the Special category if that's too OP
i miss the lockwood mk2 from mw2 (the game without movement 😅) ads time was so fast and only headshots could kill in 1shot. i loved that gun 👌🏼
I want a Cod Ghosts type RIPPER AR/SMG . I like being able to switch back and forth on fly . That was a cool gun and fun.
I agree with you on the spammy semi-auto Ace, we need something like a BO1 M14, spammy semi-auto with a high skill ceiling & a high skill floor
Personality I would kill for an M60E4, slow ROF/huge mag LMG that hits like a freight train
the an94 is time period appropriate because by 1991 there would be multiple prototypes or it could have already started production by that year since development on it started in 1980 it just started being in service in 94
Further more for the revolver we have that 3.5x~ pistol scope that is kinda pointless and cumbersome with everything else
The Aug that's all i want, make it full auto, burst if you have to but with a full auto conversion
