After viewing several of your videos I sure wished I lived in Texas, but I don't, I live in Oregon. Your videos gave me a wealth of information and now I have a better understanding about Denture Implants. I want to watch all of the videos that you prepared and I see that there are many more. I want to have as much information as I can before I commit to the procedure.
I am 74 years old and my teeth have failed me. About 10 years ago I started taking a medication that literally destroyed my teeth and as I am writing this with tears in my eyes. My teeth were in very good condition, I took care of my teeth, I had regular checkups, I brushed, I flossed and then all hell broke loose. I never in my wildest dreams thought that a prescription medication could due such damage. About 5 years into taking the medication my teeth started to decay. I went to the dentist and spent about $13 thousand for repairs which included some extractions, new crowns, fillings and a bridge. I thought that this would be all that I would need, as long as I took good care of teeth, I was wrong. My teeth started falling out, my bridge even fell out and now my mouth is an embarrassment. I have no doubt in my mind that I need Denture Implants. The questions and fears that I had were mostly addressed in your videos. I still want to do a little more research and since I financially can't come to your facility, your videos will have to do. My number one concern is cost. I am on a fixed income and for the life of me, I haven't figured out how I am going to pay for the implants but I feel I can't wait much longer. I need to see what kind of assistance, if any, is available for me.
I wrote this to warn people that sometimes, something as simple as taking medication for your health, can also be unhealthy and that just having good oral hygiene might not always be enough. I also feel age has something to do with it as well. I look forward to watching more of your videos so that I have as much information as necessary going forward.

My husband and I are on fixed income. We both had all of our teeth removed. Then both of us are getting dentures. My mom is in her 70s. She has five individual implants. It cost her $5,000 per implant. Four of them failed. She had to have them done again. They charged her the full price each time. The 5th one got infected and had to be done again. She would have been better off to get partial denture. The idea this is going to solve all your problems. Is simply not true. There is risk of infection and implant failure.

You guys are awesome. Another thing to consider is we are living so long that at this point most humans will outlive their teeth. And if you don’t have perfect teeth like a Hollywood smile. Might as well get the all in fours because you can choose how you want your teeth to look. So instead of just getting root canals in caps which will help with function and will sometimes look better or worse depending. And you’ll definitely be in pain as these teeth fell over and over. You can walk out with perfect teeth and never have to worry about any of that ever again. You come in For your routine cleanings or your snap on dentures take good care of yourself and get your implants checked every year do you have a much easier life I will never have to worry about the pain of having teeth anymore

I would look for low income dental clinic. Where they can remove your bad teeth. My extractions were based on our income. My husband and I can’t afford dentures right now. So I found top and bottom veneers for $50. On Amazon until I can afford dentures. It will take year is the way. I wish it was of course not. But finding solution to my problem. Which is getting rid of my infected teeth. Was the only option. If you wait it makes things a lot worse. I had two teeth that infection spread to the bone in my jaw. Then spreading to my healthy teeth too. I had no pain at all. I am telling you not too wait. As the dentist said it is unwise to do that. I was lucky it didn’t spread to my heart or brain. Which would have been life threatening. Get them pulled as soon as possible.

i am based in Romania . this boys in US are too happy to do implants on you and all on four discarding fixing due to costs but here for example, i have a molar severed at the gum , the dentist did root canal put some sort of screw in that root rebuilt the molar enough to put a crown on it . And it lasted 10 years , when i have chewed on some olive seed it broke, then the dentist rebuilt it again last month . So yeah in US the cost is bloody high , dentist don t like to spend time repairing . If you have teeth that can be repaired go to places like Romania Bulgaria Turkey . A crown here is 200-250$ zirconia, root canals ~200$ and try to get as much use out of your teeth rather then removing them

I was in the same position as you are. I just had the last of the teeth pulled. Will be getting dentures. Is this the outcome I wanted. No 15 years ago my teeth could have been saved. Unfortunately even with insurance I didn’t have $9,000 to save them. My choice was easy. Dentures can replace my teeth. Infection that spreads to my heart or brain. Will eventually kill me. People need to be realistic about what they can afford. Make wise choices about treatment. Because dental infection is nothing to mess with.

Watch out for the big fancy offices with the high prices. They're usually ripoffs who market the hell out of themselves. Ask both to see their cases that they've done. Look closely at their work. I am close friends with an unbelievable NYC dentist and she tells me it's all in the lab. Crap labs dentists can charge cheaper prices. Excellent labs can be more expensive. But if they're marketing themselves and have a big office, they're pushing for high sales to pay for all that stuff. Tough call. Ask to see their work. Several cases, if possible. I've scanned numerous dentists in my area who offer these and their work is HORRID. So many of them look so square or too big or they offer no photos at all. I've seen some that looked so fake that just looking at the photos made me appalled and I left their websites.

That is what I am getting. What worries me. Is someone like myself. Who doesn’t have any money. But has advanced tooth decay. With infection spreading. Will decide not to have them pulled. Because they want implants. Which can result in them dying due to dental infection. It seems like me. Telling them that looking for low income dental clinic. Get the teeth pulled then get dentures they never respond. There is more than one way to replace missing teeth.

I haven't seen you talk about AO6, AO8, or FP1. Any reason why?

I'll make a video about it one day. all on 4,6,8, fp1. all the same. we just call it all on 4. we end up placing at least 6 implants an arch on most patients

The root canals and filling are the reason my teeth look the way they do. Every single root canal I have had has ended up breaking and causing infection. Ridiculous!! I will never submit to another root canal for the rest of my life! Garbage treatment!
