I'm not exactly sure... but I've kinda pieced this together from listening to this podcast a few times: Glitch Hop- Stays closer to the "quick" or "abrupt" sounds and (hence the word glitch) focuses more on short beats/pattern. Moombahcore- Kinda like the "house" sub-genre of electro, except with a TAD slower tempo and more lyrics/harmonic sounds. Moombahton- Half way in between I guess :p (maybe more acoustic.)
I like this Podcasts because you get some view in other Styles and Genres of Electronic Music which are pretty interesting and really good mixed. Go ahead and keep Underground ;)

He's part of Monstercat, Him, Tristam, and Ephixa got it very known. Arion is also part apparently but i havent seen any of his stuff with monstercat yet.
glitch hop is more Hip Hop influenced i.e. track number 2 at 03:25. moombahton is more dancy, it's a mix of reggaeton and techno characterised by high pitch leads and those reggaeton drum patterns usually consisting of a kick every beat a groovy snare rhythm and a bit of swing. moombahcore is moombahton with an added dubstep influence i.e. track number 3 at 04:37.
Also, they're at completely different BPMs. Dubstep is almost entirely at 140, while glitch hop/moombahcore ranges from 100-110 (with a few exceptions on either side of the spectrum).

Also the way that the melody is often sequenced in triplets or suspended triplets. That's what gives it it's funky vibe.

From what I've heard dubstep is a subgenre of subgenre, unsure how true this is as I'm not obsessed with genres rlly.
