The Bengals actually used to be a real threat in the college circuit until the late 90s. They have kind of been sad since. When I was going there about 8 years back they were recruiting players up into their 30s just to get a decent team together.

A win like that deserves fans storming the field in celebration of such an incredible comeback. That game needs to be part of Idaho State lore as the Idaho State version of The Comeback.

They scored the first TD of the comeback with 48 seconds of the third quarter left, and the game winning TD with 54 seconds left in the game. So 15 minutes 6 seconds if you want to be accurate. Or you can just be a prick and say what you did.

It's neat to watch the little guys of college football and see their fans react to their level of performance in games during crucial moments. You'd almost think it means something. I'm just accustomed to seeing the big boys of SEC football play. It feels like an exciting high school game watching these guys.

Fun fact: ISU’s coach is Cody Hawkins, son of Dan Hawkins who was part of Boise State’s rise as a non-AQ powerhouse. This is his first season at ISU.
