What a privilege it must be working with Jeremy, such an elite mma fighter and just such a vet, and he's just peaking now, looks like thanks to you. and thank you for consistently putting out quality content that gets better and better, continue to do that and you will grow. I've borrowed many great ideas from you, keep up the innovation
I want to be just like Naudi when I grow up. Every video you put up is gold. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation. 12 years into this fitness gig and you have brought my passion for training back. So happy I found your site/work. Cheers mate
No he really aint. Hes a cult leader and nlocks people for disagreeing with him or simply asking questions. This is just flippy spin sh*t and throwing movements. Its not strength training, its over complicated torsoe training. This fighter hasnt won a fight since teaming up with fictional patterns btw.
Thanks for another inspiring post bro, I appreciate it. Since I started following your routines, my back has never felt so good, I feel fit and my boxing has improved because of it. Keep your posts coming, thanks again.
Outstanding! I understand each aspect of this awesome workout and why no need to explain anything. Each set counterbalances the next and makes perfect sense: push, pull and core; all experienced and good trainers should know that these are the perfect building blocks for exceptional circuit training. Thank you!
I have been training for 20+ year and learn and study different technics of training and what I just saw is AMAZING !!! I would like to get a taste 1on 1
Good session. I like how he's doing the workout with each side left and right gives you the flexibility and strength on both sides. I wonder how strong his punches are ??
In all honesty when I first saw this I thought to thumbs down because of the "this is not crossfit". Then I read some comments and realized every man has a dream. I have huge respect for anyone who spends as much time and effort as you to obtain such a dream. So congratulations on the success. Everyone is entitled their opinions, taking the higher road just sometimes would do wonders bro. Don't feel the need entertain all negativity. Can someone explain to me what he's doing with the stick on his back. Exactly why and how he is doing it? Reminds me of how Elliott hulse uses the dow rod during deadlifts.
I know this is an old video but you're a genius man. It's more than likely that you're not located near me, so a quick question. When seeking a trainer of your caliber, what do I look/search for? I'm looking to go pro and take my performance and mechanics to the next level.
I'm interested in the theory behind the kettlebell swing technique and the terminator walk....Are you not concerned about the rotation in the lumbar spine? In my understanding it probably is not a concern in the context of the kettlebell technique here, but those terminators walks....locking down the hips with the split stance and adding rotation, on top of that the weight, what about the lumbar rotation? Wanting more videos. :)
The issue that people have with rotation in the lumbar spine is an issue they have not addressed on themselves. Since most experts operate from a place of complete dysfunction, it appears that rotation from the t-spine (what I condition humans to do very well) is really where rotation should come from. Be weary of people with a depressed ribcage, externally rotated hips, a lean belly that sticks out, internationally rotated shoulders, an anterior pelvic shift, because if they have these issues it's likely they do not understand what thoracic rotation feels like. I didn't fully feel it up until about 3 years ago and it changed the course of most of my mechanical deficiencies. Thank you for the great question.
true who knows how the spine will react after excessive use of this technique others have there side effects i think the rotation has to be correct and exact perfect timing or the person will fell strain hurt there muscles
Isn't this a bit catabolic for someone who trains regular/professionally and has a high output day to day ie cardiovascular? Love to get you reply on this
a lifetime of deficiency programmed by an environment that has prevented him from engaging his intrinsic core stabilization system during fatigue. In short, he's adapted to sit, not move, so his core doesn't work well.
I could really see how doing boxing training could be really effective for shoulder and upper body muscular endurance, for fighters and lat and grip wrk for grappling, but I'm still not 100 percent sold on all this fp training, except for that one thing. There seems to be a thin line on what is considered functional and not functional, I guess imo it's anything u never see in a gym?... I do kettle bell and medicine ball wrk, which is a lot of what there doing so yeah idk? what exactly im trying to say except maybe? fp works? but doesn't have to be this complicated? and fancy?
all these things make him stronger n improve stamina but inside the ring all comes down to a different story, I think MMA conditioning etc gone to a fashion state , wouldn't it be better if conditioning improves to fight related drills

What kind of progression scheme are you using for these workouts, seems like it would be hard to track progress

so why is the posterior tilt making him strain? is he flexing part of his back?
You’re glute max has to contract on the back, while your rectus does on the front
What does he mean when he keeps saying T-spine???
So much dedication

Naudi one question:
In the "Olympic Bar Rotation Walk" exercise, has the grip need to be that short on width? Or can it be wider?
Thank you very much.
What's the thing you're doing with that stick in his back?? What is that for??
+Camilo Vega keeping the back straight
To check he is keeping a neutral spine, using a stick helps you check for pelvic tilt or lack of thoracic extension.

How many round these exercises should be done?
Wow Jeremy, your looking dangerous! I need some smudd

I get that the stick on the back thing is to keep the spine in line/neutral. But what is making it so hard on the guy?

Who da fuk is dat guy
How works the exercise from 5:03 to 5:57?
what machine is he using for the running man?
What was that stick on the back thing doing/for??
To keep neutral spine, and make sure ribs are expanding in recovering.
Cheers pal

Well most power in mma comes from rotation. I'm pretty sure this training is specific to fighters.
is this crossfit?
