this happened to me twice! This means your weather radio is trying to tell you it had bad reception. that means it didn't test for the past 10 days! It's kind of weird to be honest. to get rid of it, simply unplug your weather radio and take out the batteries if there are any. After at least 10 seconds, put the batteries back in or plug in the weather radio and it'll go back to normal.
If your midland weather radio is flashing the warning lights and beeping occasionally, look on side of radio turn it to off for a few seconds and then turn it back on.
