In this video I show you how the 30 year fixed rate mortgage follows the 10 year treasury yield. I also show you that the 10 year yield has been following it own history by repeating chart patterns from it's past. I make a case that if the 10 year yield continues to follow its own past, the 30 year fixed rate mortgage is going to complete the peak it is currently working on and then decline.
