You can test any time if u crossed 45 days from ur last period. But u want to test soon then need to take early morning urine that too u should cross after 30 days if ur period cycle 28days

Yes u must wait for some time.. Just keep a side for 3 to 5 minutes.... It will show you perfect result.... It may be one or 2 lines..
