Most important weigh 8 kg or 7.5kg clothes and put in the washing machine and then see the performance. if the speed becomes slow then the wash motor has low watts (low power) if can wash 8 kg clother with proper speed that the wash motor is powerful. sometimes 8 to 20 kg machines are confusing. i have seen to semi automatic washing machines with 5.5kg and 6.8 have the same power in wattage. we are focusing in power saving if they wash less clothes.

Hello sir and everyone,
I had purchased a Samsung washing machine around 8 years ago, it's a top load machine and the model number is - WA85VPLEC/XTL.
Problem - The machine stopped working and the service centre said that the motor needs to be replaced which would cost Rs. 4000 as per this model. I got the replacement done but the next day I realised that on the washing machine there is a sticker of 6.5kg load capacity whereas the service centre has installed a motor of 8.5kg capcity.
Upon confrontation with them they are saying that the motor is right as the the model number "85" in model no - WA85VPL means 8.5kg.
But if what they are saying is true why is there a sticker of 6.5kg on my waching machine and the official Samsung website states the same.
If the motor capacity is below 7kg they would charge me Rs.2000 but now they are charging 4,000.
Please tell me is there something I am not understanding between the load capacity & motor capacity in regard to the model no. or the service centre of Bhopal (Subhash Nagar) is tying to rob me of my money?

I think its completely fake advertisement. I purchased this washing machine and its waste of money. Motor us not working as expected for 700rpm. Clothes are not even moving and changing their place. Detergent can be seen on clothes after wash. Its complete waste of money product. And I purchased it because i trusted this youtube channel.
You may have overloaded the machine or may have used too less water , pls check with full water and 60% load and then let us know

@@ankushwav Bro all I want say is go by weight not number of clothes, try this way... Use 4 kg of clothes Plus full water and see how it performs... If it's ok, then add 1 more kg, try and experiment many combinations till you find a satisfactory one. My washing machine is 6.5 kg and I put 2 jeans 3 full hand shirts... This way it's easy on the machine and it lasts a long long long time.
Currently I use a Panasonic one. But even the previous LG WM I used for 12 yrs and then sold for 8k when I bought it was only 12k brand new. Only serviced it once, cleaned the filter by myself every 4months, I am still in touch with the guy who bought my lg, it still works very well.

There's no doubt that a Front Load Washer will give a better wash quality, however, a Top load automatic is far better than a semi automatic.

Vineet Ji! Unfortunetly, You also have also turned into a sold out salesman now. It was clearly a highly biased review. You kept on emphasising the Eco-bubble so much, which is a marketing gimmick doesn't yeild any substantial results(I have 9kg variant of this machine). You also missed out its biggest con that it has a usesless in-built heater, you can use this feature in single wash program only and you can't control the temprature of water. It is true that big companies can buy out any reviewer without any effort, I saw your channel growing from 50k subscriber and now at this point I am sure that just like Indian Media, Indian Reviewers are also on sale. Public trust is no more a treasure for people.
