You have to remember back in the day cars like Sean's Monte Carlo were made from pure steel and were a lot more resilient to damage than most cars today... but of course a lot less safe too And yeah the drift "conversation" scene was pretty ridiculous when I first saw it too lol Oh yeah and the escape scene at the end was a tad ridiculous too considering Sean would have gotten away faster without all the unnecessary drifting on a straight road lol But all in all good video mate 👍
about that mustang, they actually pulled an original rb out of a numbers matching all original gtr left over from 2 fast and then the smart one in the bunch told them to put it back, and he'll sell them a spare rb and to keep that gtr intact.
You should check out the guy from Poland that has no arms and uses his foot to drift. I know Hoonigan went there and checked him out a couple years ago
You do realize that he is comparing the movie to a real life situation, he knows its a controlled environment, this is just the whole video idea, to compare the movie to real life
@@HaugenRacing the drifting scene at 5:30 is a famous photoshoot location in LA and they made it look like it was in Tokyo. I forget the name of the place
In the crossing scene it's also impossible for him to honk the horn also being that he has a sparco steering wheel which dont have any parts to link up a horn
You missed at 8:23 where the black car is fine after the crash continuing on, and the orange goes into the tan, and the tans hood just slides sideways like it was just resting on it, not attached
what about the parking garage drift scene between Sean And Takashi when Sean is first introduced to the drift world? is that possible or impossible, It looks like it'd be hard to pull off
Wait, you guys DON'T stare lovingly into your partner's eyes completely calm as you shred tf out of a tight mountain bend, maybe a foot away from a cliff edge?! Filthy casuals.
The writers may not be accurate with racing but the guy in charge of the cars on set and kits too, defenitly know how to talk the talk and walk the walk lol
Pretty sure I read somewhere that for a lot of the high speed scenes, they actually did get all the background cars to all drive 10mph and used the shaky camera to make the racers seem faster
How about the rb swap mustang switching drivers seat position from when originally built to final race Look closely while watching movie slot of people I know didn’t notice it the first time
Thats mad funny i just seen your upload of you drifting the mk5 supra on shutoko in assetto and that scene w the CGI drift looks exactly like that (the on ramp hes drifting on i mean). Yeah that scene is super outrageous lmao
two things you forgot to mention that is impossible. 1) swapping a rb into a mustang and building for drifting in a short period of time 2) drifting an rb and the only problem they have is a bad spark plug,,,,
You said you watched F&F 3 a bunch of times yet you forgot that they stripped the “monalisa” nissan silvia for parts for the mustang 😂 and thout it had a 2jz in it 😂 all jokes tho
have you reviewed the NFS movie yet? The Shelby jumped off and we can see in the slow-mo that the front bumper gets smashed but then it's ok in the next scene
the one at 5:36 its def possible.. not drifting between the cars.. that i dont know i am not a pro drifter nor a pro racer.. but ive raced cars and its been that much traffic if not more and we still could drive 100-110
The only thing I have to say about the viper scene is the monte carlo smashing through the has is false cause I’ve crashed into a house before and it don’t work like that sadly
The Shabuya crossing Is totally cgi you can Watch It in the Extra in the DVD. Btw great video. The stunt driver for Shawn Is someone called Keiichi Tsuchyia

@That2jzSupra exactly its perfect

His cameo at the docks scene was pretty funny lol.
That is a fact
That’s a fact tho. They even instructed him to do some bad drifting which still look good on camera
The guy that had the idea of the movie yes pretty bad ass dude if you ask me he came up with Tokyo drift
how u gonna cover tokyo drift without any scenes from the parking garage
Ehhh those are kinda self explanatory 🌚
@@HaugenRacing hmm i don’t think so
Dude the curved ramp drift was so much bullshit, no way that was real.
Right?
Time to do a video of you drifting while trying to maintain an perfect conversation and staying as still as possible 😂😂

Lol! I like this idea
Can we talk about how even though he’s got 5 point Tamara Harnesses on he’s moving around in his seat?
Lol omg. Ya this definitely wasn’t all of it!
does dis dude realize that Keiichi Tsuchiya supervised all of the drifting scenes?
He's in the movie as well.
he didnt talked about drifting, he talked about the actor 😂 cmon
my god i forgot about the rx7 with the falken livery in this movie
Yeahhhhhhh lol
I love how they drift so quiet and calm as they chat. I know rotaries are smooth but damn.

about that mustang, they actually pulled an original rb out of a numbers matching all original gtr left over from 2 fast and then the smart one in the bunch told them to put it back, and he'll sell them a spare rb and to keep that gtr intact.
most of the drifting in that movie is real it's just the actors in side the cars that arent drifting

I never noticed the falken rx7 in the tandem scene

Bahahaha omg!
in the mountains... it’s more of a chill vibe i think with drifting... yeah you won’t have a convo while drifting but
Such a vibe dude!!!!
He does realise the drifts are done in a controlled environment then layered over the setting in production right?
You do realize that he is comparing the movie to a real life situation, he knows its a controlled environment, this is just the whole video idea, to compare the movie to real life
