I've always felt the negative pouring off 45, but when he did the hate speech in NY, I was so depressed, and then that turned into anger for my brother and his wife for voting for 45. I was ready to tell my brother that I only have one living brother now (I have 2). Then, the next day, I watched VP Harris in DC, and her energy helped me shift my energy back to love and hope. I've been really working on being positive. Cleaning and prepping for the holidays and beyond. I find joy in the small stuff. Spending time with my husband who is recovering after having a pacemaker surgery glad that we have at least ten more years together. Our kids that are practically almost adults spending as much time with them as possible before they venture out on their own.

Changing my vibration. The only way I see light workers being successful in manifesting what we want is to raise our vibrations and send out our light. So, last night I started a breathing meditation to awaken my pineal gland. This morning I got up, went outside, barefoot to take in some deep breaths, connect with the earth and let the dog pee. Then I listened to WAKE ME UP a TH-cam platform that just does affirmations. I repeated each affirmation outloud. Didn’t take long and honestly I feel fantastic. I’ve renamed my SGs my Love Team and after I do my householder chores I will connect up with them. First, a confession: I struggle deeply with trusting in outcomes, and this is so because of cumulative trauma in my past. On this second day in December, in my morning journaling session I received very clearly how I kept looking "over at the circus of crazies" just as equally as looking towards the calm and peace. I could see how I spent November with one foot in the boat and one foot on the dock thinking I could handle such a choice. I was shown how that became unmanageable for me as well as losing focus on the path of light. And giving away my energy to the dark and crazy vs the power of the light. I cannot do both - cannot serve to masters, and of course I want be on the path of light. For me I have to choose one moment at a time, one day at a time to not engage - it's a big lesson of trust in the power that is greater than all, and remember where I want to focus my energy. I tried to remember what President Biden said in the dream seeing him or someone else stacking folders or books, something that seemed to represent evidence. Then President Biden presented something projected on a screen that may have looked like a chart or graph, going over plans maybe or how best to show the evidence collected.

I have no tolerance for 45. His voice and appearance is triggering for me. Even legacy media is frustrating, so yeah, I get it and it makes me feel like crap as well. I HAVE to focus on the light at this point! I can only micro dose political news.
Changing my vibration. The only way I see light workers being successful in manifesting what we want is to raise our vibrations and send out our light. So, last night I started a breathing meditation to awaken my pineal gland. This morning I got up, went outside, barefoot to take in some deep breaths, connect with the earth and let the dog pee. Then I listened to WAKE ME UP a TH-cam platform that just does affirmations. I repeated each affirmation outloud. Didn’t take long and honestly I feel fantastic. I’ve renamed my SGs my Love Team and after I do my householder chores I will connect up with them. I cannot change what the Universe has planned for us but I will be the strongest, brightest light worker I can be and help manifest positive energy into the world. ❤❤❤❤Bea in SW Wisconsin

Thank you for being real. There are a lots of pretending out there. We are human and we will go up and down, ebb and flow which is very normal. First, a confession: I struggle deeply with trusting in outcomes, and this is so because of cumulative trauma in my past.
On this second day in December, in my morning journaling session I received very clearly how I kept looking "over at the circus of crazies" just as equally as looking towards the calm and peace. I could see how I spent November with one foot in the boat and one foot on the dock thinking I could handle such a choice. I was shown how that became unmanageable for me as well as losing focus on the path of light. And giving away my energy to the dark and crazy vs the power of the light.
I cannot do both - cannot serve to masters, and of course I want be on the path of light. For me I have to choose one moment at a time, one day at a time to not engage - it's a big lesson of trust in the power that is greater than all, and remember where I want to focus my energy. Easier said...🤔

I get an uncomfortable heaviness in my gut whenever anything comes into my view from the other side, it all feels dark and angry and I don’t like the feeling it gives me. Most of the time it’s something that pops up (about 45 and the rest of them) while I am scrolling on You Tube. I don’t even open it to view it but just seeing the image is enough. I want to stay in the light with hope, joy and positivity
