this is frighting. my yota does the same thing. and even though the dealership CAN replicate the problem, they will tell you they cannot and shift the responsibility to the manufacture by stating its a hardware issue. and don't give me that bullshit that my signal is blocked. i am on wide ass open ground (picture area 51) xm support can only do so much. i love xm, but it looks like i will have to purchase aftermarket equipment if i want to listen to it. on the upside, i can pay to pump more power through the speakers.....but toyo lost my vote for builder quality. and this coming from somebody who had a gm product. will anybody accept accountabilty for their product anymore?

So mine started yesterday and I was told that its a hardware issue!? Did u find out what the reason was? I have a 2019 Altima as well
@@debbiek7934 same with my 2019 Altima, I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow, Sirius said to do so. Think it's an electrical problem.
@@marilyn5831 well I did find out the issue its the antenna. They have to replace it then your radio will be fine!
