Do you find that the retrospective is mostly used for the harder improvements that can’t normally be overcome during a sprint (hard conversations / people issues)or do you find that when you get a team together they increase transparency into more process related changes? Can you give an example of the weakest improvement brought into the next sprint and a strong one?
