I can't begin to express how watching this dance video lit my soul on fire! I can feel the music and the sound of his chanting pulsing in my veins. It's freakin' sorcery!!! I WISH I could dance like this and I wish I had one tenth of the energy of these talented young people (never even had that much energy when I was in my teens lol). I would love to learn some of these dances just to work out and improve my overall health. I HATE aerobics and treadmills, but this. . . .this makes me want to get up and MOVE! I feel like I would have to do endurance training for about a good year before I can complete half of this dance routine though, lol. Y'all got it goin' on!

Not sure where you are in CA, but Infuse Dance Studio in Riverside, CA has an Afro-Fusion class on Thursdays nights, and they are currently teaching online. I have yet to try it, but it looks great! www.infusedancestudio.com/
