I know no one will read this but when he was deciding about the motor cycle I was losing my mind. The guy stated that he went to pass on her and he mentioned the barrier. She mentioned she never switched lanes. And he never suggested that. So it is ABSOLUTELY clear that the biker is at fault. Typed this before seeing what he decided😂

I know no one will read this either but during the doctor case the game should have had another option saying that the hospital was at fault, even though the doctor caused it. He said he wasn't in the right state of mind but the hospital did force him to do it, which caused the accident. To all the people who say "HES A DOCTOR HE SAVES LIVES" hes also a human being who cant be in the right frame of mind all the time
The number of gauzes and tools used have to be counted at the end of the surgery. The doctor wasn't just overwhelmed by his life situation, the man literally skipped a whole step. He and almost everyone in that surgery room assisting the doctor are at fault. But I agree with you too, it really is a gray area. Tools being left in patients are quite common though, and it is a lot of times due to people being too lazy to count, unfortunately.

@@raraa7257I was just about to say this, while yes it’s very unfortunate hospital staff being overworked and unavailable is an issue, the man literally didn’t do what he was supposed to do, wrong frame of mind or not. I think case did a great job explaining that to his young fans, he deserves to go to jail because he committed malpractice, but the hospital 1000% deserves a fine.

I'm a student nurse and in the OR, before closing the patient, the nurse would do an accountable counting of instruments. Although yes the doctor is the one whom performed the surgery, but this is not a one manned situation, the nurse is a liability in this case, heck let's just go with the hospital then 😂.

Also had the doctor not done the surgery, the baby would've died regardless due to the parents allowing it to consume metal and then they would've been charged.

Fun Fact: Surgical materials being left in patients post surgery are MUCH more common than you might think, typically this is a result of a miscount as hospital staff have too count the materials before and after surgery. But yea this happens more commonly than you think

First of all, (about the baby lawsuit) why tf would you operate on a baby and give it back to the parents after the surgery? Shouldn't the baby be kept there for a couple of days for safety reasons? How tf did the metal object even get inside the baby and how tf can you leave a gauze inside a tiny baby? This case is insane
Well, as a vet, there are so many wrong things about that case. For example if the baby got MRI that metal thing in his stomach, that would unalive the baby. Also it's super difficult to forget a gauze or anything in a patient because we count everything one by one when the surgery finishes. If anything (literally as small as a needle or gauze) we repoen the patient for safety. Of course this can happen but it's super rare and difficult. Also yes you are right that babies need to stay in the hospital after the operation.

I HAVE A REBUTTLE. Think about it (this is about the biker incident) If she was already in the left lane. im moreso confused on why she would turn left if there was nothing to turn too. then for her to say she didnt notice when it would have definitely shook her car an abnormal amount. Plus in most states (im sure) lane splitting is completly legal. SO not only did she have NO reason to turn left, She also definitely felt the fact that she hit something. then she would have also saw it in the rearview cause he would have been next to her at the time. (typing this b4 cases decison)
Ok first off, the left lane you can use whenever. The left lane is for faster moving cars vs the right lane is for slower moving cars like an RV therefore she was in the right. Plus the biker even said himself (kinda) that he got pushed into the barrier if she. Had no damage to her car (which we didn’t know) then he just ran into the barrier instead of her car. Yes lane splitting is legal in a lot of states but on a highways going over the soils white lane even on a bike is illegal plus, like you said, the right lane is clear. So he could have very easily just go past her in the right lane. The reaver mirror wouldn’t be able to see the side of the car that would be the side mirror plus depending on the light of the sun it was a blind spot. She said herself in the case. Therefore she’s not guilty. (I did actually go to law school so I don’t know if that helps).
A couple problems with this. She was already in the left lane and never turned. Not only that, but lane splitting is going in the middle of the two lanes not the outside. Going in the outside is illegal. Not only that, but he also never hit the car, he literally admits to losing control and hitting the divider, so that just doesn’t even make sense. I know I’m responding to this late so you won’t even remember what this is about lol but hopefully this helps someone else watching the video.

Just started watching caseoh for the first time. W judge. I appreciate cases fairness in each case it shows a lot of character. Caseoh definitely one of my top TH-camrs now and I have only seen four videos so far.
