Now that you can break Co-op Doors, i think they must give us an Amp where we can climb the co-op walls or jumb over the long gap in singleplayer. That would be so cool. Then I think this would also be an ability Amp because when you could equip both, this would be cool but op.
Hide and heal used to be my favorite as someone who is bad at juking and always takes a hit here and there. Essentially endless health. But that smash buff easily took no 1. Being able to go where you damn please on your own is so satisfying.
Yeeah, it feels OP right now after they added this breaking coop doors ability to it. In some trials it is slightly too overpowered even because you save so much time going from one place to another while those coop doors are open for you. Those are basiclly shortcuts! Still, Noise Reduction is the most broken in my opinion however Smash is like nr. 2 for sure next to Last Chance or Self-Revive!
Self Revive is stinky due to respawn pills, and syringes imo, dying kills your rank so you wanna avoid trying to rely on that, last chance is the goat tho 🐐
@@Bluriate Yep for sure, I dont find myself dying in the game after 5 hundred hours too, however in escalation mode i is usefull to have when "no revives" modifier will drop. But yeah, Last Chance is the way to go for sure, NR, Smash and LC are basiclly "Meta Build" right now.
Having a grenade that stuns multiple enemies will always be the best. It's unstoppable if you have spare recharges This new AMP is good for speedrunning and solo que tho, I just prefer the op stuns
Dear god! I didn't even know, that I can smash a co-op doors with smash. I always tought, it is just for simple doors. This really changing everything.
Thanks to your videos I actually tried out the smash amp and it's my go to now unless there's a variator that makes me have to change it for convenience. It's very fun to just smash doors in one hit lmao. The only drawback in my case is that I get too addicted in smashing down doors that I've accidentally opened trapped ones here and there lmao.
Nice video, not sure if doing this with teammates is more or less difficult. I also like seeing the full gameplay. even if you are familiar with the trial its still intense watching you almost get caught or have to check your back even when you know there's no one there.
@@kalebnarlee5510 with teammates is 100% easier, same amount of enemies, more rigs more people making distractions and quicker objectives and thank you for the input on fuller gameplay 🙂

Two words... night crawler... night crawler was an early acsess amp... and keep in mind back then you didnt have three types of amps you just had three amp slots period, so night crawler was incognito but it used to be that your night vision batter duration got a buff... no joke you could have this, battery recharger and anything else... it was... broken
@Bluriate you don't get it, it was too broken, just made the game have no challenge, sure psychosurgery is hard but it's no where near as bad as old program X and there is a reason for that, ever since amps got changed there is no reason for something to be that hard unless it's a full squad of stun rigs

which amp did you replace to put on Smash? I haven't looked into "Best AMP" videos in forever. I still run slippers, incognito and another one I can't think of right now.
For the second tier (before smash got updated) the best 2 amps were invisible and strong arm. strong arm made bottles and bricks both stun for WAY longer, like full on threw the people you hit to the ground, and invisible made it so that you CANNOT be found in a hiding spot as long as you didn't get into it right in front of an enemy chasing you. Like it literally just made it so that whatever hiding spot you were in never gets searched
@@royalnolan9542 on psychosurgery part of one of the modifiers is limited inventory so thats why i have 3 inventory slots only, and for amps you always can only have 3 at one time so im unsure what you mean by 3 slots lol
They should rework it to something with a name like "loner" where they take off the one hit smashing of normal doors but they let you do all the coop actions solo
I wouldn’t call it the best amp. Yes, smashing co-op doors is great, but not all trials have those doors. Still, I’ve been a smash main for weeks. It just *feels* great to use, and going back to anything else after using smash just feels wrong. Also, barricade too strong
I know some don't have many coop doors or good ones but it still has a use of smashing through locked doors and barricades in one hit so you can run through the map fluidly. Also the amount of noise when slamming basically every door with 2 hits 😭🙏 Thats why Im saying Smash > StrongArm in the Amp slot
@@Bluriate oh I agree on this. Also, you played pretty damn well. Bad Apples is arguably the hardest trial in the game. Huge shame about the A+, but I kinda understand why you got that grading. You got hit and triggered traps a lot
@@BluriateHonestly this was a pretty nice run. I’m also a bit surprised that you didn’t get A+ as you only took 2x damage. Maybe if you had thrown more bricks and bottles at enemies you’d have counterbalanced the demerits from the sound traps. Btw, you intentionally hit the cans at pushing the boat part; I think that counts as triggering multiple sound traps 😅. Great video showcasing the power of Smash though! It’s now my favourite AMP too. Noise Reduction is probably a tad stronger still, but with the Strong Arm nerf, I’d say that Smash takes the number 2 spot.
