Would I be able to add demon eyes to an already welded shroud? I’m doing my first retro and will cement the shrouds with jb. I’ve been communicating with you guys today, and I’ve gained a lot of knowledge, so thank you for that. Easy part would be reopen the light, but once I do your guys nut and bolt method, plus jb on the shrouds, it feels pretty damn permanent.

Demon eyes generally would be mounted to the projector using brackets or some other custom method. So prior to installing the shrouds the demon eyes should be on there already.

what should you use to clean the projector glass lens (globe part) if you accidentally touch it with you hand?

Microfiber towel or quality paper towel will do

It’s this way better than centric ring & Jb? Or it’s this for a more experienced person?

Centric ring is fine. This is a 3" lens - there is no centric ring available for this size lens. So you have to epoxy it on. Hope it helps.
