@@MCCVIII This is awesome!! And it's at an arena!? I'll be at the State Farm arena in Atlanta and I 🙏 I'll get to see that ufo thingy for the first time!! Great video!! 🙌
Thank you for getting this sequence on video! This was one of my favorite parts of the concert. From the intimidatingly loud and intense music and lights of Gossip to the scalding hot and huge synth sound opening "Let It Happen". Awesome to relive it. Thank you sir.
Saw them in Portland and it blew my mind. I went back to my TH-cam history and found that I watched one of their videos in 2014 and then just kind of wrote them off as a generic hipster band. I didn't realize how much more complex it was if I had listened to more than just the singles.
I honestly think he should’ve stayed with the old set list. I went to the March 11th 2020 show in LA, his last before COVID. He had way a way better transition to songs, especially the transition from Glimmer to Let it Happen my god you should definitely look it up. Plus there were some fan favorites that would have both parties unhappy, March 2020 shows had Reality in Motion (first live performance), Alter Ego, Expectation, and Past Life (first live performance). New tours have Mind Mischief, Skeletons, Gossip (very underrated), Runaway Houses City Clouds, and One More Hour. I think I gotta go to the Dallas show now lmao
In the original set (we were at L.A. too), this entry music with the moon video goes seamlessly into "One More Year." But here they left a pause into what is now extended entry music with those weird explosions.
@@HelterSkelley Agreed with you and with everyone else's replies above you. I was going to fight for barricade until I saw the intro for this new tour. And it was awesome! But I would have loved to have seen that moon dashing around the planet and more of the "time warp" props like he used for Lost in Yesterday. 🤷♀️
just saw his final concert in the US of the slow rush tour on the 13th! played mostly slow rush, but played all of the hits he’s made so far! elephant was one of the coolest parts of the setup, definitely look that one up!
I recorded them using my brain. You’re gonna have to wait a decade or so for Bezos to figure out how I can share them with you. You can know that it was a badass show. “Elephant” slayed.
@@MCCVIII I fully believe in you, because if Kevin sings the elephant song and is equipped with lasers and lights that are so wild, then the trip to the moon will definitely arrive quickly. I have feel it. and want to experience it again with "the slow rush" setlist.
THIS WAS AMAZING worth every penny and every second Of wait time for this concert!!
Best arena show I’ve seen in 18 months!!!!

@@MCCVIII Thank you!! I've got a seat but I'll probably be there early to get barricade! 😁
@@MCCVIII yes so true
I waited all day for this & got front row in the pit & it was such an amazing concert. I miss it so much already
How loud was it? Super loud?
Pit is usually much louder but not unbearable. Best for outdoor concerts as at least if you’re at the back for indoor you have acoustic
This part had me at full ego death.
The gossip part for sure huh

I just wish Kevin could read this!!!!! You said it bro

Damn that is so awesome
💚 such a great show
nice show btw
tame impala really knows how to go live
qué locura, por dios...
Is he playing some of his hit songs from previous albums or just one specific album in his concert ?
He’s doing a bunch from currents, the classics from lonerism and I think only one from inner speaker
@@AndresGarcia-pk6yf Thanks ! I hope he uses the same set for his concerts coming up. It would be amazing to see this same set here in LA
Based on the light/video show, I would assume the set list is the same for the full tour

I was on 8 tabs of acid at this concert😵💫

Modern day Pink floyd tbh
