All I do is patchwork and wouldn’t have it any other way! Love dealing with new clients everyday and different situations involving patchwork. Great content man , cheers 🍻
Guys asking someone how much to bid is useless.... unless you are competing in the same market as they are. Ive been in the drywall business for over 30 years and prices are 💯 region driven
I do a lot of what u do. Always looking for ways to speed up the process, some of which I’ve taken from u. Recently forged a relationship with a youth housing company. 16 big holes in one house. I’m looking for a good fan to accelerate drying. Got any recommendations?
Sounds good man I like those kinds of jobs. Mine is a dynabreeze and they sell them at Bunnings. I use it nearly every day. It's not heat but take the misses hairdryer too.
Yeah I find even some other quick setting base coats doesn't actually dry off like cornice cement does for small repairs. I have a vacuum sander, but generally everything has plastic sheets over it .
It's tough to bid these jobs. If there texture in volved after the patch work , it would be 2-3 hundred for a two foot patch in Alaska. But when you have lots of little patches, how would you bid this?
I just think of a good amount to charge, I still will try get them all with one mix. Adding the extra money if you have to come back and sand. Texture also make it's much harder to match than just smooth
Gyprock repairs are huge money earners BUT, you need to to be as good and fast. Where possible, in and out in one day which takes skill. You can easily earn over $1000.00 per day. That's why after years of experience, I still watch plenty of videos to become faster and better.

I don't advertise, I do have a Google places for the business & I have a few builders that regularly get me to do work
