Interesting.
Frisk is likely the Player here.
Frisk seems to be able to make use of "code" although I am confused as to why Frisk couldn't just erase Horror's code.
Chara seems to be LV19 and not LV20 as she could've just destroy the Timeline.
Frisk also likely have "brainwashing" due to her brainwashing Flowey

Player just used frisk vessel to look cool
And yes player CAN erase horror code but he wanna have f u n
And yes chara is LV19 and player doesn't let her destroy the timeline
