Mourning Aix is probably my 2nd or 3rd Favorite fight and Mephis being the first.

do you have any tips to dodge when it shoot out the many projectile thing?

When you fail a counter it does the projectile thing right? I generally dodge backwards away from the boss then sideways, a good example is at 3:57 timestamp.
