About Knowlesands
Knowlesands is a small village along the Bridgnorth to Highly Rd consisting of a few houses, caravan parks and the popular Swan Inn.
On the banks of the River Severn, Knowlesands is a very popular site for fishing and walking.
Personally - having lived all over the world - I love this place and feel so lucky to wake up most mornings to this misty view. It's amazing how many people stop by the roadside to photograph and watch the cows in the mist.

This is the highest for a while, the worst was in the early 2000's with the year 2000 being the highest :)

The last highest was on 2nd November 2000. We’d just moved into Bridgnorth then and peaked at 5.26 m.

The river should be dredged , there are no ditches on the road side , water cascades down the roads turning them into rivers , more pot holes , had to have new springs on my car , we pay rates and road tax , the roads are appalling in Salop .
