I love floorplans too, and both houses are gorgeous! It would be cool if you did a similar video showing what your interior design inspiration/aesthetic would be! Like paint colors, countertops, dream furniture pieces etc, or if those floorplans offer different finish options! I always wish I could just knock on peoples doors with cool houses and ask to see the inside lol
Shutting the opening to the small livingroom next to the entry would create a long and presumably quite dark corridor. From where I come from (Finland), the number of bathrooms/toilets seems usually massive in US floorplans :D It is considered somewhat luxury to have a privat e bathroom next to your bedroom. Typically we have a small toilet and maybe 1-2 bathrooms, one usually next to the sauna. Yes, sauna is typical in Finnish houses, maybe that in turn is luxury from your point of view :D
My dream home would be one floor, have a home theatre room, a gym, a library, an open kitchen, two bathrooms, a garage, an office, a large laundry and two bedrooms.

Yes a sauna in the home would be considered fancy pants luxury for the mega rich 💰💰💰🙂
