ff16 was my game of the year i loved it to death
This game has the highest highs in gaming currently IMO
Interesting, I'll have to see if it beats Dragon's Dogma 2 for me. That had some crazy moments if you went looking for them
@@gaijinhideout i would say it so different this game is story heavy and most hype thing are present in main story
there are a lot of cutscene be prepare but worth experience but when you can do action it crazy on combat too
so have fun 😊

"I don't think we killed him." 🤔
I don't think most of that early cut scene is pre-rendered. Most of the game is rendered in engine. Only about 5% of the game is pre-rendered cut scenes and those usually involve the ocean in some way. The blur I think is DLSS kicking in to try and keep the frame rate stable as it can during the huge battle set piece. I think the reason why the crowd looks that way, is the same reason it does on PS5. They crank down the distance detail on the large crowd because every time they tried to make it look super crisp it would just chug. From what I know, some of the game in some scenes ignores your graphics settings even on the PS5 Version when they mix rendering in engine, and static backdrops etc. Sometimes it's a bit jarring when I played it before. But you start to not notice after a bit.
Makes sense, thanks for sharing. I'm still very new to the details of how all that works especially on PC
@gaijinhideout Yeah it's interesting because they kind of mix both static pre render like the army from a distance with the closeups which are in engine. Sometimes you REALLY notice, and sometimes it's smooth as butter. But they don't do it with all the scenes, just ones that would fry machines.
