Then, catch the evening bite on the Sacramento River for Spring Striped Bass with Raith & Ryan Tripp. Spro jerk baits and black worms catch catch some great keeper size fish in a year with low numbers of fish.

Well one good side on less stripers is more salmon smolts will make it to the ocean. Stripers are pretty hard on them.
