Kalesa Ride Experience | Tour Around The Heritage of Vigan City Ilocos Sur

Kalesa was the primary transport during the Spanish era in Vigan City. During our trip at Ilocos Sur, we managed to ride one and really enjoyed our kalesa experience. It cost us only Php200 or around $4 to tour around the city and see the heritage and old buildings of Vigan City.
