Helpful???? Essential is more like it. Great video, I am almost done with the install. Will finish it up tomorrow! The Termignoni instructions were not good.
Couldn't have done this without your video. I installed this on my SP2 this past weekend. Hardest part was removing the stock exhaust...it took me over 3 hours! It just wouldn't budge. Finally, I removed the stock exhaust covers so I could get more access and grip on it and sprayed some WD40 on right side. From there I just wiggled it loose. Second hardest part was the 32:05 mark of your video. I had to bolt the middle piece first, then attached the pipe to the header. I started at 730am and got done around 3pm. I also installed the Sprint Air Filter and did the UpMap. The Termi sounds beastly! And it looks so sleek on the bike compared to the Akra. Saved over $3K, and saved another $650 I would have had to spend on the installation. Thanks for your incredible video tutorial!
Super great video. I put you on the tv in the garage and did this install this weekend. The instructions that came from Termignoni were not the best, so I couldn't have done it without this video. Thanks for taking the time to make this.
dude!!! i am soooo thankful for you doing this video! i just bought 2022 Streetfighter V4S in dark stealth and bought the same exhaust for my bike. i really am going to use this the entire time i install mine. the detail you put into each step and talking about why you are doing certain things is just exceptional. thank you and Bravo
This is the most complete install. Couldn't have done it myself without your vid. I notice you say the longer M8 bolt goes in the left side but the instructions I received say the longer bolt goes in the right side, and the two shorter ones go on the left.
I remember watching your video's, before you wrecked your R1. I see that you got a V4S, same thing I did.. R1 to a V4S. Appreciate your video's, you are a straight up dude.
I miss Cali man, I used to live in San Diego I used to go to Palomar mountain and Mulholland drive every other weekend, knee down for hours. You got my dream bike I should have one next year. Cheers!
It's great for riding but everything else is going downhill lol. Mulholland snake is closed too, didnt know if you knew. Bummer! Hope you get your Panigale next year!
Looking good. I bought the same set up with the Sprint filter. Havent installed yet but I also moved to the T800 Map...cant wait to install mine as well
Thank you for the props! Umm yeah i would say its atleast a couple hour job. Longest part is getting the stock muffler off. I definitely did some time lapsing in the video. I'd say it was atleast an hour just knocking the stock muffler out.
I noticed the exhaust got significantly louder on day two after a few rides. Did you experience the same thing? It was perfect on day one and now I feel like it’s too loud.
What made you go with the Termignoni instead of the Akrapovič? When ordering the Ducati they have Akrapovič for the race pipe upgrades... just curious, thanks man.
Motovice! Love your videos. Waiting for my 22 v4s to come in. Was wondering when you ordered from bellissimoto how long it took to ship and did you have to tell them in the order description it was a 22 for the upmap or will the 21 will work?
It takes them roughly 2-3 weeks to get Termignoni Exhausts and Up-Map units when they are out of stock, and yes definitely say you have a 2022 V4S in the notes, just to be sure you get the correct version.
The akra was designed in partnership with Ducati. I don’t know if it’s necessarily better or worse. I personally like the black cans of the termi and the 4ucite termi is an insane system. That would probably have been the one if money wasn’t an issue. I’ve heard it in person and it’s nuts.
Hello MotoVice, I been watching your videos and they're great! Wanted to ask you, now that you have been riding this exhaust for a year what is your opinion on it?
Looks sick! Any problems with ground clearance? I have this on order for my SFV4 but am a little concerned after reading reports of scraping the exhaust
You have any issue with quickshift? A tad laggy for mine right after the flash. Read about the potential need to recalibrate the tire. Any advice? Thanks and great video!
I have a 2022 Euro5 SFV4S, I tried the D199 Termignoni pipe but performance was flat - which Upmap map code did you use? Did you try the Torquemap and what results on power/torque?
Hello, I have the same ones on my panigale v4, and I must say that they make a lot of noise, I’m considering buying a catalyst but would you have the size of the diameter of the fitting?
By any chance do you know what dBA noise emissions you get at 6k RPM? Some UK tracks are now limiting static noise tests to 102 dBA at 6k RPM for a 4 cylinder bike, not sure if the Termi slip-ons will achieve this even with baffles. Thanks
Hi, awesome vid :) I have 2022 SF V4S and I am thinking of Termignoni as well. Since Panigale and SF have similar if not same engine, what are your thoughts now? is it worth it? Is the power gain and weight save noticeable? I have seen some SF Termignoni vids but I can not make out too much of a difference in video as far as sound goes. Does it pop as well if u let off throttle?
right now, my v4s when in neutral only 2 cylinders are running.when i put in gear all 4 are running as im sure you know. does that change once the bike is flashed?
@@marcusbarnes5929I have this system on a 2020 v4 with the UpMap for the 2020 year and it will still cut ignition to two of the cylinders at extended idle
Hi, nice job, in Ducati for the same job they make me pay 2 hours of labor .... thieves !! I was wondering did you leave the catalyst exhaust valve motor mounted but with the cables removed, do you have the engine warning light turned on like this, or does the ECU see that the motor is there but does not notice that the cables are disconnected? Does the UPMAP 800 remapping the ECU erase the error of the control unit not finding the valve so can the motor be removed to save weight? Did you then mount an ESE, Exhaust valve exclusion, Healtech type together with the ECU remapping? In the end, did you keep the scooter on or did you remove it? Thanks for any info about it. Congratulations again. Hi Stefano .
In my 2022 V4S, there's about a millimeter gap between the left down tube and the right exhaust. In your video, you caution to not tighten the bolt on the right side to install the left side because of the close quarters...but even after the install, there's about one or two millimeters gap. Is that what you have too?
hey, did you have issues like idling alot and stalling after installing this map? i do have these issues. How can i fix it if you have any suggestions, thanks
@@MotoViceOfficial Someone commented on a forum post i made asking about this exact same thing and they mentioned to double-check removing the 02 sensors, do we need to do that? My bike runs terrible... I am considering a different (custom) tune if it keeps up. Thoughts?
19 horsepower more just by changing slip ons and upmap?? realy? Did you dyno check that, sorry but I dont believe that. Thats panigale v4r with full Acrapovic.
This was a long video! Hope it was helpful for anyone doing this install!
Very. Thank you!
Much appreciated!
The longer the better amazing video
I would love to install this on my V4s. But unfortunately I live in Switzerland 🇨🇭 Maximum DB is 92
