OCTOBER 6, 2023: Acting Senior Superintendent in the Jamaica Fire Brigade, Raymond DeSouza, confirmed that seven persons, including students, were in the bus that plunged into a ravine in Long Hill, St James Thursday afternoon. Six persons were rescued. One reportedly died.

hated anchovy school due to long hill ever time rain fall had to walk from anchovy to long hill bottom b4 me get drive fi go home either truck turn over or sump gone over deh after finding an alternative route..... Walespond i question why not use that road instead turn long hill inna one way .... fi go in town... simple n build up wall / reenforced barriers always after sump happen b4 sump get fix .....
