Si se refiere el mismo proyecto su execucion es completamente distinto a este, mas simple y mas barato! En Sto. Domingo busca un architecto, encarga un proyecto similar y una compañía constructora que ejecutaría los trabajos, no creo que con uno o el otro tendrá algún problema, Rep.Dominicana es un Pais civilizado, simplemente tendría que buscar!

Amazing job and teamwork! The most intriguing question I have is Why the fired wood?
when you fire wood to a high temp it becomes naturally waterproof by the layer of charred wood from the flame, kinda like caramelisation in sugar, the same with wood so you could have this type of wood outside, i don't if it strictly has to be varnished like unfired wood but i think it just adds an extra protective cover.
For the style of finish just.... too.
