113g butter
170g white sugar
30g brown sugar
1 egg
350g flour
6g corn starch
3g salt
17g baking soda
1 lemon zested
45g lemon juice
200g chocolate
15g honey
-preheat oven to 325F
-cream butter and sugar together
-add egg and vanilla
-add dry ingredients
-add lemon juice/zest and honey
-add chocolate
-scoop into cookies and bake to desired doneness
