We introduced the next generation of extruders: the Air Chamber Extruder (ACE). Due to the inclusion of air bubbles in the cartridge during the clay filling, these air bubbles will destroy the model during the printing process.
In response to the above problems, we designed a new ceramic 3D printing extruder: Air Chamber Extruder. We invented the Air Chamber structure on the extruder so that the air bubbles are absorbed by the Air Chamber when entering the extruder, which solves the problem of destroying the model due to air bubbles and dramatically improves the success rate of printing works.
Never fear the threat posed by bubbles.
