Gender Inequality bore three types of challenges, the social challenges include the gender gap giving rise to increased crime rates, the economic challenges include the unequal opportunities that are giving rise to poverty, and the disruption of demand and supply chain leading to less growth in GDP, and the political challenges leading to crony capitalism due to which rich are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer and over-exploitation of the poor when the crony capitalism intermixes with the politicians. Even the digital divide is also suffering due to illiteracy. As a measure, the government should spend more on social infrastructure, creation of employment generation industries, formalization of the labor force to ensure social justice, ensuring equal opportunities for all, and the taxation procedure should be made an easy procedure that could be understandable by all. Gender inequality is a curse for inclusive development for the country, which if not corrected, will create hindrance to its path.
