  • How do we find our Inner Peace in a world that feels so chaotic? Truth is, it takes conscious effort, time and commitment. Inside all of us, there is a deep well of calm and peace that we have to learn how to access. In this video, you will be guided through a Therapeutic Art Activity to help you tap into your Inner Peace by using your creativity, your breath and the power of art materials. No art experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willing heart. If you decide to try this, please share with me, I would love to see it!
