As for single person, they just have to be registered as unemployed in the Employment Office, to be considered "a person who is temporarly out of job" to have a right to use national health care. U don;t have to be employed to get free health care , but it true u get it when u are.
So to get free health care minimum is what u have to do is register in local kind of jobcenter as an unemployed person moment u register u gain free health care .
