I remember coming to visit Jindaiji with my wife and her friends on one of my first trips to Japan. I can clearly remember so many of the locations in your video. And, wow, the cicadas are soooo loud here!

a buzzing noise is insects which are called as SEMI (in english CICADA). they are the cymbol of summer in japan. so,in many of animes,games and movies, the buzzing noise is used for summer scene.

you can read "hand made"? sugoi. the banner says "TE UCHI SOBA " that means Hand Made Soba Noodle.Jindaiji Soba is very famous.there are so many Soba food shops.
