Great video - have you had a chance to test the updates? Also, what hitting mat are you using? I have a Sig Pro Softy, but at 3 inches high, makes it difficult to swing my longer clubs in my garage. Thanks!
I hear you on that as well. I’m 6’2” and stuck with a 3i so I play fronts tee I am thinking about opening a hole into my ceiling like it’s an acesss spot to attic and finish it up.
Hi, thanks for watching. I haven't had the chance to check out the new updates yet, but I'm hoping to try them out next week when I get back home. I've been using the Monster Mat for about two years now and it's been great. It is just a little over an inch tall, feels pretty realistic and I haven't had any pain issues while using it. I ordered the 5x5 mat directly from them and even was able to get them to cut me a 12"x12" piece to place the launch monitor on. Here's the link of who I ordered from. www.safeplaygolf.com/Driving-Range-Mats.html
Looks like MLM 2 pro has a lot of misreads. I have a garmin and play this course. Maybe get 1 during a 9 hole round and usually my fault for moving club head before swing.
Hi, thanks for watching. Yeah, the MLM2PRO will miss a few shots here and there, but that's not too bad considering it's only been out about 6 months. I've also got it set up at the closest recommended distance, so it's only tracking eight feet of ball flight. I had the R10 when it first came out two years ago, and it had some issues in the beginning. But it got much better after a few updates, especially the one that enabled RCT balls. I think the R10 is a really good device, and the only issue I had was that the shot shape wasn't accurate most of the time.
Hi thanks for watching! Those two 300-yard drives in the video were definitely helped by the elevated tee boxes on the last two par 5s. The tee boxes were both about 35-40 feet higher than the landing areas, so I'd guess those drives would have carried around 275-280 yards to level ground area.
@@homelaunchgolf I came here to see a comment like this. Not trying to offend you or talk down. But I too was like, dang is this thing reading inaccurately? Just simply because it looked like a very nice controlled and smooth swing. So certinally not trying to talk down on you or attack you at all.(The internet doesn't do a good job of intent) I'm looking to buy one and these have seemed to be the most accurate for the money. Thanks for this round, was cool to see.
Hi, thanks for watching. Oh no worries, none taken. I want to be as helpful as I can, so if anyone sees something that they think is off I have no problem with looking at it and trying to offer up an explanation. You aren't the first to say something about my swing effort.. lol Was over at a buddies house a couple months ago and we were hitting on his new Skytrak + and a few of those guys were wondering how I generate such speed with what looks to be so little effort. I wonder too if the camera I record on also makes it seem different than what it is. I have tried the devices around the MLM2PRO and feel it is the most accurate device for the money and it's only been out for 6 months, so just like the Garmin R10 did it will probably only continue to get better with updates over the next few months.
@@homelaunchgolf thanks for the great response!! Yeah your swing looks so effortless I love it haha. So Do you like the skytrak+ or the mlm2pro I'm really hoping for a black Friday sale in the mlm :)
Skytrak + seemed to work pretty well. The lag between the Skytrak + and the MLM2PRO is about the same. We had a few no-reads with the Skytrak +, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, I still prefer the MLM2PRO. I'm really impressed with the accuracy of the MLM2PRO when using RPT balls. I also like that you can play with left-handed and right-handed golfers without having to move the device, and you get the shot and impact vision cameras.

no way that driver swing is going 305 carry ...maybe 260 MAX
