It's a muggy day and I've bought four packs of freetress wand curl hair to crochet. I didn't have daughters and not a lot of hair myself so I don't do braiding well at all. I'm 68yrs old and I'm tired of wigs. I haven't really begun to gray yet just in the front right side but I love the gray look so I purchased gray hair. It's on! My day will be well spent! The best video on this method. Definitely will stylist do this method due to cornrows place too much on my scalp. Cornrows has caused traction alopecia, but will get back healthy state w/this method.

My hair is long-ish but it's also fine and thin and I was trying to find a way to do crochet braids but I was concerned about added weight and fragility. I think your cap method would work well in addition to giving me added security and structure to hold the hair. Subscribed.

I can cornrow my own hair very well, but my hair is so fine I have to add additional hair to it in order for it to be thick enough to hold the weave. Not only that, with parting, adding additional hair, etc. it takes at least an hour to cornrow. With your method, I can cut that time to 5 to 10 minutes and add the weave much more quickly. This is very pretty, if you have short hair can you use this method by molding your hair down and then the cap?
